I’m 41, never practise any sport and discover Thanks to Coach Meghan, the Crossfit. She helped me to progress, still adapting the work in keeping with my abilities, pushing me in my entreshments .the results after a special training of 10 weeks: i feel stronger, i loose weigh, my body is transformed, i respect more my body eating better .and i have a new friend! Meghan is a very special personality and you can trust her expertise and experience. I’ll continu to work with her for sure ! Full disclosure: Meghan is a close personal friend of mine. That said, this is a completely unbiased review, based on my experiences with her services. You see, Meghan and I have been attending the same gym together for a few years, and developed a fast friendship in that time. I’ve seen her total transformation from fitness enthusiast to amazing competitor, knowledgable expert, and head Crossfit coach. In that time, I simply kept going to the gym, while she immersed herself into the community and lifestyle, taking classes, attending seminars, learning anything and everything about effective coaching, proper technique and form, and all that goes with it. She’s become an inspiration to many people at our gym, myself included. So when I had to take four months off from the gym due to injury, it wasn’t even a question of how I would ease myself back in once I had clearance. I signed up with Meghan for one month of personal training. In that time, she scheduled workouts of increasing difficulty, tailored to my fitness level and keeping my rehabbed injury in mind. She motivated and pushed, getting me back into the shape I needed to be in order to rejoin the gym group the following month. By the end of it, I was feeling ready for anything, and found myself wishing I could program more sessions with her, which honestly came as a shock. I thought I would be so excited to get back into the group sessions that had so motivated me before, but I found that I was making much bigger gains under her guidance, and wanted more! In short, Meghan is an amazing coach, trainer, and all around motivator. She will get the best out of you, and will work hard to help you achieve your goals. I can’t recommend MPerformance enough!
