Very impressed with the selection and quality of the shoes. We bought one pair of boots and received the second pair at 50% off. They even had free popcorn. Loved Melissa and Pedro’s help and friendliness. Thank you!! Exceptional place!

I arrived with my mom on a Wednesday evening to look for wide width sneakers for her.
We had a challenge finding wide width options, but salesperson Meghan Ryan was extremely helpful and knowledgable about her stock. She showed us all the options and was very pleasant. Shout out and thanks!
We left with two pairs and my mom is happy.

This place has plenty of shoes of poor quality. Trendy shabby. Don’t expect to have customer service when you walk in. There is usually a gaggle of kid staff giggling and talking to themselves who could care less about you as a customer.

First thing i did upon entering Massachusetts was buy shoes. Asesome store def did not seem like an outlet store. Service was exceptional. Went in today around 445pm tall guy with a cool beard and a short lady were both super friendly. Man was a runner and helped me pick an awesome pair of shoes.
They were having a buy one get one half off sale so i also got a cute pair of slip on tennis with memory foam to wear with jeans.
very happy.

Love it great prices, friendly people, easy shopping! I came in for a pair of golf shoes I saw advertised was very disappointed they didn’t have too many but I still found one I liked, a little pricey but picked up a pair of running shoes for $ 10 and all was good.

Whelp they stopped including clearance in the buy one get one deals.
My most recent time coming in to make a return I come I and the lady at the counter walks away saying nothing to me not even hi. She goes to other employee and tersely says — «you deal with this one». She does this right in front of me. What is up with rude employees everywhere.
B*tchy lady… you need to go… go work for the post office where subpar is praised.
