VERY UPSET with my set up and meeting today. DO NOT ACCEPT kohls cash everyone, it is in NO WAY free or extra money. I returned an item that I was not happy with and because I used the coupon I got of «free cash» with it prior I ended up losing the amount through the refund.
That kohls cash is a way for that company to take your cash and only give you store credit! Thanks but no thanks!
And the lady at the reception desk did nothing to help the situation.
Never going back again!

I have been a Kohl’s shopper for years but today was my first time in the Saugus store and my last. The displays were a mess and I had trouble finding what I wanted. When I came to the checkout, the cashier was more interested in talking to her friends than acknowledging me. She did not ask about a Kohls charge, the rewards program or ask me to take the survey. I looked for a manager after checking out to voice my dissatisfaction but saw none. I will not be going back to this Kohls!

horrible! I came in to get some dress pants and more than ¾ of the pants are on the wrong hanger so you have no idea what size they really are. There are PILES of clothes on the floor and the dressing rooms were gross. This store is a pit and I will NEVER go back.

I enjoy shopping at kohls but my sister went there to buy me a gift and I was surprised when she told me how one employee was so nasty to her. This miserable woman complained that my sister only had a $ 100 bill and gave her a hard time. I guess she didn’t have enough change in the register but hey, maybe next time they should put a sign up saying they don’t service customers with $ 100 bills… =/​I’m never going to that location again

Stopped in last saturday. I had to glance at the sign again… thought I was at an indoor playground. Kids running and sliding all over the place. I was looking for nothing in particular, so maybe ill go back when I really need something and update this review.

Oh, the Kohl’s of my memories back home in our mutual birthplace, Wisconsin. No more! This one is understaffed to say the least, with overflowing dressing rooms (I was more than a little nervous to use one at all, given there were no staff in sight, much less any kind of attendant), and long, long, LONG checkout lines. So sad.
It seems like Kohl’s, Target, Marshall’s, and Wal-​Mart are all slowly morphing into the same blah store.

was back to school shopping for my son and was able to find a ton of stuff, except for socks, and jackets! with fall coming and it being almost september, I’d say those items would be important to have, and have them in stock.
apparently that location doesn’t carry any outerwear beyond sweatshirts!
