I hate to ding a business for the behavior of one employee… but just had a rather rude and unnecessary experience with a young lady. We ordered sandwiches. She asked what I wanted on it, I added lettuce and tomato and then asked what they had in the way of spread. Oil and Vinegar. Ok, what else? We have spreads(ok, you gonna tell me or do I have to guess?)… I ask what. She said 3 different mustards(ok, again, not what, hot, spicy, Dijon, Sweet — REALLY??) She sees I’m a bit frustrated so she quickly adds, ranch etc. I said let’s just keep it simple, oil and vinegar. She takes the bottle of vinegar and DROWNS the sandwich. I even said, whoa, that’s alot of vinegar. Fortunately we sat to eat and the first bite I practically choked on. I turned to her and said I can’t eat this, it’s loaded and soaked with vinegar. I handed her the sandwich and said just pull the meat off and put it on new bread, then NOVINEGAR just a bit of oil. She did this with a grimace on her face… handed me back the sandwich at which time I very nicely said thank you. She said nothing and turned away from me. Not going back. One rude employee kills it for me.

Always friendly, never a bad sandwich. A little pricey, but worth it. He quality is much better than the other places in town. Like they say, you get what you pay for!

First time coming to this location and I’m not coming back to this one! Really bad customer service wasn’t greated and employees were rude the only one that actually had a positive attitude was Taylor. I’m just going to continue to go to the location on the old road.

I can’t believe this. I specifically asked THREE people for«no onions» on my sandwich, when they asked for my order. I even asked the person handing me my sandwich, «this is the one with NOONIONS, right?» «Yes, that’s it,» was the reply. Guess what? ONIONS! What is so hard about that? I’m polite. I’m courteous. I say«thank you» when they hand me my order. I tip every time because I know people work hard — I get that. But to fail on such a simple level and to not simply double check if a customer order is correct when asked is basically NOT caring enough to do a good job.

Great food and owner is a really great guy. Unfortunately his staff is failing him miserably. Stood in line and literally had to ask to pay for my food at the cashier after standing there without even being acknowledged for a good 5 – 6 minutes and when I did the cashier today at 12:45 acted as though I was interrupting her conversation with her high school friends while giving her friends who worked there free food. Now, mind you the line was out the door, people seeing what was going on at the cashier left. The owner is such a great guy, it appears the lunch crew may be taking advantage of his friendly demeanor.

We placed a catering order through the store manager Lindsey for a birthday party that we were having. The whole process was very easy and professional. We placed an order for about 40 to 50 people so we had about 4 boxes total and it was a perfect amount. They gave us a variety of different kinds which made it very easy and accommodating. Definitely will be back for other events!

Good Food. Good Service. Friendly Staff. Five Stars! Hmmmmm Unilocal wants me to add more to my review!!! Although Good Food. Good Service and Friendly Staff seems to be saying a lot these days because it seems harder and harder to get those three all at the same time and that’s why I just put«Good Food. Good Service. Friendly Staff. Five Stars!» because that’s says it all!!! Ya know what I mean? Ya picking up what I’m dropping?

I can only guess that Jersey«Mike» has a severe case of the dry mouth. I asked for a roast beef sandwich«Mike’s Way»(onions, lettuce, tomatoes, spices and«The Juice») and watched in amazement-slash-fascination-slash-horror as they zealously baptized my sandwich with an overly generous amount of oil and vinaigrette(see video). Handy Quickview Meat Chart: Togo’s gives a good amount meat. Subway gives just a little more than none. Think salad in a bread bowl with a hint of meat. Jersey Mike’s is right in the middle. Since then, I’ve been back a few times and have a few notes: the turkey, the roast beef, and the tuna sandwiches are pretty good — just say no to «The Juice»(unless you like your subs dripping wet). My favorite is Club Supreme(roast beef, turkey and bacon). You had me at bacon. I was really looking forward to the hot subs, but unfortunately, the Philly Cheese Steak was so cheesy that you only tasted cheese and the Pastrami had flavor but the flavor wasn’t pastrami.

I absolutely love Jersey Mikes but this location is either going down hill or was having a super bad day. First, they don’t seem as clean as they use to be. The deli meat slicer was dirty and the employee didn’t seem to care to clean it prior to making our sandwiches. They also didn’t clean the meat slicer when they cut my cheese for my veggie sandwich right after the turkey for my sons sandwich. That’s common sense! I am not a strict vegetarian but I am pregnant and not suppose to eat deli meat. So it would have been nice to see them take that extra step. As they were making the sandwiches I noticed they are no longer piling on the meat, veggies and lettuce. The meat, cheese and toppings were lack luster. My son’s turkey sandwich had no turkey on a quarter of it and my veggies were basically non existent. When we got home and started eating I noticed how stale the bread was. It was crumbling in the tops with every bite. And the turkey on my sons sandwich looked far from fresh. I ended up sharing my veggie sandwich with him since the turkey looked so bad. So I basically spent $ 15 for sandwiches that were horrible. So disappointing, as we use to live this place. We will have to try another location to get our Jersey fix!

I have no complaints about this Jersey Mikes. There are always a lot of employees to serve you. They slice the meat fresh and have great flavor. If you order the steak and cheese sub everything is grilled up right then and there and it tastes amazing! The cleanliness of the store is great and they are always well stocked! Prices are a little higher than competitors such as subway but they use higher quality meats.

This place is seriously not with it. Although the staff was friendly enough… They lack efficiency and common sense. I ordered two veggie wraps and waited while all other orders were made first. Ok fine… They need to make mine separate from the meat. Then right after the girl on the grill makes a steak sandwich she puts my veggies on the grill in the same spot and starts cutting them up with the same tools. Seriously. I don’t eat meat. I don’t want bits of steak in my veggie wrap. Then I ask a sweet clerk and she says it will be 10 minutes, but she will clean the grill. She does that after 10 minutes and then proceeds to use the meat tools to cut my veggies. I seriously just took the food and left, but I’m so disappointed. I’ve been to many places and even five guys makes the veggies on the bread side for us vegetarians. I hope the manager implements a new system and has a side and tools for veggies rather than use the whole thing for meat. I would say their customer service was good(it just lacked common sense), but I would like to be able to comfortably eat my food too. Next time I’ll order a cold sandwich… I just don’t think they should offer a grilled veggie unless it’s made with vegetarians/vegans in mind.

My sister took me here for the first time a month ago and I fell in love with this place. Hands down one of the best subs I’ve ever eaten. For the price it was worth it, I will never eat another Subway Sandwich again after having a Jersey Mikes sub.

I’m sorry, but not quite up to par with Subway. Whether its the bread or smaller selection of toppings. I’ve had their Tuna Sandwich on a couple of occasions and it was just okay. Nowhere compares to Subway’s tuna sub. I do like the fact that they send my wife and I annual birthday coupons for a free meal or else I’d probably not even bother to eat here at all. I also have tasted some of their other choices(Turkey & Roast Beef) at seminars, where Jersey Mike’s was the free meal for the evening and those sandwiches were always sub-par. On our most recent visit before attending a concert, my wife had the Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap and found it just passable. We’re not sold.

The cashier girl was wearing a poorly made sign on her shirt that read«Tip Me It’s My Birthday» and was rude. When I didn’t tip, she was even more rude. She lost the tip that the other couple of girls who actually did a good job and might have gotten a tip deserved. I usually tip the people at Subway and suggest they put out tip jars to their employees regularly if they don’t have one. I’m often the only person who tips from my experience. Jersey Mike’s has an organizational problem too and needs to change their entire«choose your tip option» as the first thing you see when you pay because pressuring consumers to tip is a poor but even worse, a consciously made decision on management’s behalf to underpay their workers, and then pass the guilt and responsibility off onto the customer. I remember now why I only ate at Jersey Mike’s 2x in the last year.

Well check this out I was very impressed, this little shop a staff of what I saw 3 young women. I walked in to Jersey Mikes a bit upset I had a long day at work on my feet and I did not eat all day. I saw these young ladies working hard and quick. I was very impressed by there smiles and by there well just being so darn nice great customer service. I ordered and the young lady who made it just did a phenomenal job. Thumbs up to these girls Cydney Arrianah and Jerica. They did a better job at customer service then a whole staff of about 20 over at Red Robin. I strongly recommend this place Kudos to the Manger for showing them how to treat there customers. I would definitely be back … #ValenciaNissan #Beatleringo

Ever since I tried Jersey Mike’s, it was my go-to place for a quick lunch. It also topped Subway 100%. The bread always tasted fresh to me, and i absolutely loved the way it complemented the taste of the actual good(turkey, provolone, tomatoes, a little bit of lettuce, onions, salt, pepper, and vinegar). However, I’ve had some experiences that I would request ‘a little bit of vinegar’, but still pretty much drowned my sandwich in vinegar which made my sandwich taste more like vinegar than an actual sandwich. This only happened about two-three times, so it wasn’t all that bad. Asides that review, I had just heard from a friend that her mother witnessed the owner’s daughter of this specific Jersey Mike’s go to the homeless man that usually stands in the corner of the parking lot exit by Jersey Mike’s yell at him and tell him to get a job. I believe it was the vet as well. Apparently, my friend’s mother called the store to inform them of the daughter’s behavior & they defended/denied that this ever happened. The daughter constantly kept harassing the man for turning away the business. Just a heads up, people. If this is the way the owner handled the situation with the daughter yelling at the homeless vet to get a job, then I believe it’s something to handle with caution and consider who you are giving money to. All Jersey Mike’s are owned independently by someone. One star taken down from the owner’s inability to cooperate and defend his daughter for yelling at the homeless vet to get a job.
