The furniture is good but the customer service there could be better. Norm one of the sales reps who works in the Saugus store is disrespectful and talked badly about other customers while I was making a purchase. I can only wonder what he said about me after my purchase was made. When I received my furniture I had an issue with one my pieces. I call customer service twice and did not receive a call back in over a week. I am still waiting to hear back. I was willing to pay more for better service but this was not it.

I have used this furniture store at many points through my life. When I needed my first «real» bedroom set for my new home I went to Cabot house. I purchased a fabulous set made by Ethan Allen. It was about 20 years ago and the set is still beautify displayed in my bedroom. It was such a high quality set four poster bed that has lasted and looks like an heirloom piece that has been in the family for generations. I will cherish it for many more years to come.
The second purchase I made was a dinning room set. It was a Broyhill set with leather seats and intricate carvings on the tables and the chairs. The style is timeless and has and will remain in style in the handcrafted Italian wood style. This set got some scratches on it a few years back but because it was so well made and was a solid wood top they could be buffed out and refinished to look like new. I am just so crazy about that set. I love it just as much today as the first day I purchased it.
I also purchased some high quality outdoor furniture after a lesser quality set I purchased at BJs wholesale rusted and cracked. The set had beautiful tufted cushions and bolster pillows you may find on a fine indoor love seat. I just adore the set and am so excited to bring it out in the spring (and sad to realize it may be time to start packing it up in the next few weeks!)
The bottom line is that every purchase I have made here has lasted the test of time and the expense it cost me for the hire quality items at first has paid off over the years. It has brought me many years of enjoyment and keeps on giving.
