Found exactly what we were looking for(new sheets and pillows). One staffer even went to look in the back to check if they had a Queen size set in another color for us. The prices were more than I wanted to pay and the service is nothing special, but you’ll find what you’re looking for.

Came in to buy a shoe rack, left with much more than I anticipated on buying. I like BB&B because I recieve text messages on my phone on when they be having sales and coupons. They have so many delcious smelling Yankee candle scents too.

Have to agree with the last rating, plus the past two times there Ive had the same lady at Customer Service just unprofessional. If you don’t like your job or crabby don’y work there. She did nothing but ask 50 million ?‘s which is really none of her business, then asking for bags for your items; which is great for large purchases there its an inconvience, then careful if your taking a few boxes for the smaller gifts. You will get umm excuse me mam(sp?) one box her customer cause others have been just coming in and taking them. REALLYMYCARTISFULL&IVEBEENHERE2x INNOTEVEN A WEEKWITHLARGEPURCHASES. Lets also talk about the long lines cause theres like 1 or 2 people up front for the registers(including cs) while all the employees are walking around or stocking, try asking for assistance cause they scatter or ignore you. DONTASK the customer service cause its just rude of you to ask her cause the product is so far up almost by the ceiling no one can get it & she’d have to call someone. Heaven forbid. Then there was a mgr & customer service rep assist for one return. Take the travel and go to Everett!!! Better customer service/returns but still dont try to get help for items either.

BB&B is a great store, no doubt about it… I usually spend an hour buying gadgets I don’t need… However, this location is perhaps one of the worst. EVERY time i’ve gone here they are short on cashiers… the customer service line is insane and the employees are miserable. My most recent trip was no exception. I was standing in line to return something, there were three employees behind the service desk trying to figure out one issue for fifteen minutes, no one behind the registers and customers were wondering where to pay… so not okay. BB&B needs to step up their customer service, retrain employees and have more people scheduled.
