We just put on a weekend of corporate meetings at Moon River Ranch and are so pleased with our experience. The manager, Mickey, took wonderful care of our event details and our guests. The rooms were unique, luxurious and clean and the grounds were beautiful — roses blooming, sandy river beaches and fire pits for gathering after hours. Our guests had a great time shooting skeet, hiking, swimming, roasting s’mores on the beach and just rocking on the porch that overlooks the pool and palm trees. Y’all, this place is great — GO!

I’m from the Northwest and went here this weekend for my cousin’s wedding. It was truly an experience. The place is in the middle of nowhere but everything you need is at the ranch. We stayed in the nearby farmhouse. It was probably the original house that was on the ranch. It was rustic and cute. The small bathroom shower didn’t really work but the main shower was okay(decent water pressure). The bunk beds were fine for us. The pond was super fun and there was a paddle boat. We went out several times for that and had a blast. The pool was great for lounging and cooling off. They did a hayride around the ranch, which was fun –even for us adults. The cows, donkeys and llamas all roamed free. There was skeet shooting(looked fun but I didn’t try it). The main lodge was HUGE and totally impressive. There was so much to see you’d never see it all. Every time I went in there I discovered something new. It was like a maze in there with lots of rooms and places to stay. The actually wedding was outside in front of the cute chapel and the reception was in the barn. The decorations were adorable. The bridesmaids arrived in a red pickup truck and the bride arrived in a horse-drawn carriage. It was a cool, fun wedding and everything was perfect. It’s a great spot! I highly recommend this place.
