Wasn’t terribly impressed with this place. Stood around for a minute or so to be seated without being addressed, so we left. This is to say the service was found wanting. I cannot speak to the food quality.

This is by far a small town local joint where servers know customers by name. I thought the food was very similar to suntree café. Not as good but at a lower price. The toast is amazing, something so simple. i had French toast that was very good, my husband got a spinach omelette and it was good but a bit disappointing. I didn’t care for the atmosphere but that’s just me. The menu was huge with choices.

Stopped in for Breakfast on a Sunday morning and was very presently surprised. The food was good, service was ok, and I left a satisfied customer who plans on returning!

Beachside Grille is my favorite breakfast spot in the area. Good prices, big portions, and GREAT food. Lunch sandwiches are also very good. love the BLT and Club.

One of the staples of tiny strip malls and shopping/business plazas across the country is the mom-and-pop café. This is just one of their stories. The Beach Side Grille in Satellite Beach is an extremely popular, albeit tiny, restaurant. And yet in this tiny space, they manage to fit seating that other such diners in the area can’t manage. There’s booths, tables, a large party table, and the counter area — and it might all seem small, but there’s plenty of room between areas to allow you to carry on a conversation without trying to out-yell your neighbor. I have only eaten breakfast at the Beach Side, so my review will seem incomplete, but what I have tried, I’ve enjoyed. My favorite is the biscuits and gravy. Unlike many other places I have tried, the Beach Side folks give you a LOT in a large order, so a small one might be more along your style. Even better, get the Country Platter, which is a small biscuits and gravy with two eggs and bacon, ham, or sausage. One of the things I really enjoy is the bacon. I’m a bacon fanatic. I eat it, I think, to spite my doctor. But I digress. Despite my love, I am picky about bacon. It *has* to be crisp. Most places I’ve been to have limp, greasy bacon — most probably due to their deep frying it instead of simply cooking it on the grill. The Beach Side’s bacon is perfectly crisp and delicious. They also make some of the best pancakes I’ve had in a while. [Note: another such pancake master, IMO, is Eddies in Melbourne]. They are plentiful, fluffy and melt in your mouth goodness. About the only hangup I have is straws. Yes, you heard right: straws. The servers carry the straws around in their back pockets. I don’t know about you, but I won’t use a straw that’s been riding around just millimeters from someone’s butt. Given the small size of the place, I see no reason for this. Leave the straws at the counter and if someone needs one, it’s not that far a walk to get one. PLEASE don’t carry these around on your butt! I rank this peeve up there with wiping the seats off and THEN the table. If you’re looking for a nice little place to have a good, hot breakfast, the Beach Side won’t disappoint. It’s inexpensive; has fairly short wait times, attentive service and great food. You might have to wait for a table, but I believe what you get is worth waiting for.
