The staff was awesome and the pizzas were well crafted. I ordered a few pizzas through their online specials and can’t really complain about anything. Very fast and efficient employees that make consistently good pizzas.

I was disappointed they did not honor the coupons sent to my home. The person answeing the phone said you must order online for that offer while that offer did not exist on their online ordering page. I sent someone to pick up what i ordered and they had forgotten to put peperonie on the puzza. Never go there anymore.

Hard not to order as they have a rewards thing they do. Free cheese sticks for 10 points, ect. I ordered Garlic Knots, pizza 3 topping, and cheese sticks, plus 2 liter soda. Not bad for $ 25 which included tip. Got my delivery and the box was soaked in garlic butter which leaked through the box, and on top of my other box. My cheese sticks had no cheese on some of them and bit into a huge peppercorn in my garlic knot. The cheese stick was burnt on one side and they gave me pizza sauce when online I ordered cheese sauce. Apparently they don’t have cheese sauce. They gave me more cheese sticks and garlic knots next time I call in an order which defeats the points I get.

Not usually a fan of large chain store pizzas but ordered these because of the deal going on. The online ordering process is very simple and you can customize however you want. I set to pick them up in the evening but he store is quite hard to find as it is tucked inside a small parking lot with no visible signs on the street. When I was able to get to the store, the pizzas were ready and steaming hot. These taste pretty generic(a little more salty than I would have liked) and there’s nothing too special about them. I wouldn’t really recommend going here unless you’re in a hurry and looking to get something cheap.

We got a great deal on pizza! Make sure to always check for the latest deals online. The garlic sauce is so good! I would continue coming here just to have the garlic sauce!

Yes, I like to use pizza coupons like everybody else. I purchased an Entertainment book and this location is listed on the back of the coupon. The person taking the order said it is an online coupon. Nowhere on the coupon does it say must be used online. Hung up the phone and attempted to order online. Codes say they must be used in the store. Pay full price at Papa Johns if you don’t want to have a hard time ordering a pizza here.

Never really been a huge fan of Papa John’s pizza, but my boyfriend and I were tired and in need of a quick bite so we ordered Papa John’s for dinner. We ordered a small sausage and cheese pizza for us to split, which came out to around nine dollars. Not a bad price considering it was a fairly large for the both of us. It took a little while for the delivery guy to show up. Originally we were told fifteen minutes, but it was more like half an hour. The sad part is I didn’t really enjoy the pizza all that much. I mean it was good, it just didn’t taste all that fresh to me. I also usually like the crust to be really crunchy and toasted, Papa John’s is more on the doughy side. That being said, my boyfriend really liked the pizza. In fact he ate most of it in one sitting. Personally I would probably go eat pizza somewhere else, but Papa John’s is decent enough for a late night pizza.

It’s hard to quantify a rating for a place like this because there are so many things you have to consider. The pizza is not the best in the world, but I’ve found that their sweet pizzas taste really good whereas their salty ones are kind of gross. Their dough is just amazing though, and I look forward to eating the crust at the end of the pizza. As far as papa john’s pizza goes, because it is a franchise and there are certain protocols and expectations going into your purchase, this location itself I’ve found is very consistent. They usually have the pizza ready before their estimated time, and the pizza is always cooked nicely. I really like this location because they have excelled customer service and re-made a pizza for me even though it was my mistake.

One of their pizza delivery drivers is a lunatic. I changed lanes in front of him with at least 2 – 3 car lengths space, and he high-beamed and tailgated me for a half mile. Turned into my street and he followed me, pulled up in front of me and started checking his brakes all the way down the street. My wife was terrified and told me to take a picture of his license plate and call the police in case he stopped and got out of his car. Drives a white, early-2000s Toyota Corolla. This nutcase needs to be off the road and in an anger management class.

Ordered pizzas online via EAT24, tipped 20% via EAT24, signed the receipt(which didn’t reflect my tip) upon delivery, and then discovered 30 minutes later when going outside that the deliveryman had hocked a giant loogie all over the windshield of my car. The tip amount was charged to my card, but it seems that the delivery guy didn’t realize that I’d tipped him. Is somebody pocketing that money, or are the delivery people at this place just jerks?

I know retail. i know how things can go wrong. And I know how hard it can be to make a customer Happy after things don’t go the way you are used to. That said, Nick managed to turn a difficult aituation into a happy evening. We have ordered pizza from this Papa Johns for a few years now, and the service and taste keep coming.

Papa John’s was a somewhat frequent meal when I was growing up. To the point where my brother had 408−370-PAPA memorize as a small boy. The pizza is decent for the price. It’s not particularly flavorful and you definitely don’t feel like your eating a gourmet pizza. But its good for kids because its simple and the tomato sauce seems to be sweeter than average. The best part of their offerings is the garlic sauce to dip your crust into. Overall, its inexpensive below average pizza.

This was the first time i’ve had pizza from the big name companies in a long while. Now that i’ve consumed papa john’s pizza, i remember why i stopped. This location is extremely close to my work, so I figured, i’ll just order and pick one up. $ 15 dollars for a small sized Spicy italian pizza. I wish I had known that they had a $ 7.991 topping Large pizza lunch sale, otherwise I wouldn’t have paid double for that poor excuse of a pizza. Time it took for them to make my pizza, perfect. The short walk to the pizza place, perfect. The service I received upon arrival, not so perfect. The guy who took my payment looked like he was in such a hurry to finish up with me to tend to his duties, so much that I wasn’t given any napkins, parm, or chili flake packages. Soon as my payment was fulfilled, he quickly hurried back to his pizza baking and at that point, I was set up for disaster: The pizza was a good size, but extremely oily. The whole bottom of the box was drenched, and soaked through. At this point in time I would have used a napkin to clean things up but, nope no napkins. The crust was not bad, but the part about the pizza being spicy Italian sausage. wasn’t there. It was just regular plain sausage with some pepperoni, not impressed and quite upset that it wasn’t actually spicy. At this point in time, i’d use chili flakes to spice things up, but nope, no chili flakes either. Avoid going to these commercial pizza places and support your local pizzeria, I could name a few others that are equidistant to my office that are amazeballs. Won’t be coming back!

Went to papa johns today at 1030 to get pizza. The guy said their kitchen is closed already. Their sign at the door says they close at 12mn. What a waste of time and effort. Definitely not gonna be my place for pizza again. Hours on Unilocal say it’s open until 1am. I haven’t tried their pizza but it could have made up for stars if they made me one. My review does not reflect the taste of their pizza. Other papa johns would have great tasting pizza that’s why I chose to walk in and pick up one. Other than that 1 star is all I have for this branch

I have ordered pizza from this place for a few years now. Recently, however, the service has gone down hill. Twice now I have done an order to be delivered later in the day, at least an hour and a half later, and both of them have been almost half an hour late! The food arrived lukewarm to cold. When I called the second time to inquire as to the status of my food, I was told that they were very busy. I told them that does not excuse late food for an order that was put in a good hour and a half earlier the day. The snide response back that I recieved was«well, I can’t help it if we get busy.» Sorry, dude, but there is a thing called priority. A lack luster apology and an explanation of «your food should be there in 20 minutes» is what I got. Not acceptable.

This place is my go to. Pizza is usually good if not great. Order online and pick up your food for the best deal. Yummmmy garlic butter.

Great pizza here! I’ve ordered a few times online and it’s amazing! Not too salty and decent amount of toppings. Today I just got Work’s pizza and it was good! There were more toppings than normal. I changed some of the toppings on there. Some examples were: the canadian bacon and pepperoni were changed to beef and chicken. i added tomatoes also. pretty good service there!

Service is average to poor. I tried to call in an order and in the middle of the order I was placed on hold for a long time probably four minutes. When the person came back I had to repeat my order go over. I was told that when the pizzas would be ready and I came a little after that time and they were still not ready. Pizza was good though.

Friend recommended this place since she’s vegan and always orders from the one in Mountain View and gets the vegetarian pizza with no cheese. We decided to try it out on day when we decided we were too lazy to cook. Ordering is easy: Go online, pick your pizza, all your toppings, when you want to pick it up, and bam! Off you go. What I swallowed: BUILDYOUROWNPIZZA: Black olives, onions, green peppers, sun dried tomatoes, roasted garlic with extra sauce and no cheese. The pizza was just OK to me. Nothing special. The sun dried tomatoes were overbearing on the pizza and I just ended up picking them all off. BREADSTICKS with GARLICDIPPINGSAUCE: The bread sticks were literally, just pieces of bread. Not coated with any oil or parm cheese or nothing. Very bland… and hard the next day apparently. The Canadian also got a vegetarian, no cheese, extra sauce pizza with his favorite toppings. Two large pizzas, bread sticks and two extra pots of garlic butter dipping sauce will cost you $ 30. The pizzas were decent but the best part about them was the garlic butter dipping sauce. Otherwise, I don’t think we’ll be visiting any Papa John’s anytime soon.
