Drove into Swift Auto Repair with dead directional flashers. Despite obviously having lots of other work, they quickly diagnosed the problem and sent out for the replacement part. While we were waiting, they pressure tested the cooling system and the radiator hose sprang an impressive gusher of a leak. (I’d been smelling coolant for some time, but assumed it was just the result of my slovenly pouring of fresh coolant into the radiator.) A new hose was quickly obtained and installed along with a new flasher. I was out of there in less than an hour. Having been recently savaged by a rapacious dealer, I was shocked at the very reasonable price. The staff were all good-​humored, highly competent and worked together with the effortless ease that comes only from long experience as a team. I’ll be returning to Swift for a tuneup next month and never again darkening the dealer’s service counter.

An honest repair shop in a sea of dishonesty. Wayne does what he says and says what he does. He came through when the ball was dropped. I’ll go back and expect fair treatment again.

My family and I have been going to swift auto for around 10 years, give or take. They have always helped us out when they knew we were struggling financially and have always given us great service. Albeit their lot is small and is hard to get in and out of, it is totally worth going out of my way to go to swift auto for my car needs.
