Stayed on the fourth floor in a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo. It was perfect, I had no problems or issues with it at all. We could even see the beach and water from our balcony which was screened in, a definite plus.
Seemed to be a bit older but like I said it was perfect for my girlfriend and I as it was fully furnished so we could cook a few times during the week. One of the best prices out of all the places we researched in the area. A very short walk to the beach, cross the street and you are in the parking lot right on the beach. Nice swimming pool and friendly staff. Will be here again next summer or sooner if possible.

Stayed in a great 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo. Nice kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove and oven. Beautiful lanai looks out to Siesta Key Beach (#1 in the country!). Laundry on each floor. Beautiful pool. 5 min walk to beach. Would def. stay again!
