Very good sandwich I stopped in for lunch today and had their Vito, an Italian style sandwich on a white bread roll. It looked so fresh and welcoming, and tasted very good. It may have looked so good because being an Italian, it had some oil which glistened under the lights, but that aside it still looked great. For me it isn’t a particularly large sandwich but it is also nicely inexpensive. When I am hungrier they have other sandwiches options which while on the same size bread, are more stuffed with ingredients. A friendly welcome when I walked in is always a good beginning. The restaurant was clean. I put in my order and my sandwich was made as I watched, or could have watched, I was paying attention. Again I forgot to grab napkins when I picked up my sandwich. If I had one little whine, it is where they keep the napkins. Instead of on each table or over by the fountain drink machine, they are down behind the pick up counter kind of out of sight.

First time trying Jimmy Johns. I found the place well lit, clean and full of friendly faces. Spent a few minutes standing back checking the menu and finally decided to give«The Gargantuan» a try. And they really were freaky fast! The sandwich weighs about a pound, not a huge sandwich but plenty of meats and toppings and the vinaigrette dressing was excellent. The price at $ 8.95 really was a bargain as I got 2 meals out of the sandwich. If you’re in a hurry and looking for a darn good sandwich, this is your place.

This newer location is on my daily commute. I was excited when they were putting it in! My first trip was a little odd for a JJ’s. Speed? No, Pickles? No, Friendly? — Heck No! Ok, fair enough they had just opened and it takes some time to get with the program. So I give this location more time to figure things out. I’ve been back about a dozen times and I am here to tell you, this is hands down the worst JJ’s that I have ever been to. Every single time they mess my order up which is really hard to do considering the simplicity of the menu(literally EVERYTIME). Jimmy John’s is known for the giant pickles, well don’t expect to get one at this location. In and effort to save costs or perhaps a shortage of pickle juice, the pickles they serve here, need to be called cucumbers soaked in vinegar for 5 minutes. YUCK! I’ve yet to have a pleasant experience with the staff. Today, in what will be my last stop here forever the angry looking guy at the counter, thought it would be ok to have what appeared to be chewing tobacco in his mouth. Really? To top it all off, the sandwich that these fine folks had made for me was some made up concoction consisting of bread, some meats, two tomato slices and a random type of cheese. Needless to say it was not the sandwich I ordered(and have always ordered). Of course, I couldn’t resist ordering one those famous giant pickles(in a total lapse of memory). Naturally, it was still a cucumber with a hint of pickle(very slight hint). If you are a regular Jimmy John’s consumer, stay away from this location. You will be extremely disappointed in the service, staff, quality and efficiency of well, everything. However, if you like to be ungreeted by unfriendly folks and like to be surprised on what is actually in the bag, then this is your stop! As for me, I’ve had my share of surprises.

The sandwiches are okay but the customer service has always been bad. Not sure why this Jimmy John’s has such bad service but every time that we go there we are met with arrogant bad customer service. You go through the drive-through and they don’t give you napkins. You ask for napkins and they give you like two. You ask for more napkins and they turn around and ignore you. And they’re closed on holidays.

Awesome like always. Fresh bread, fresh meats, fresh veggies. Nice people. Very clean and spacious. Great prices. Clean bathrooms. I know it sounds strange, but if you’re a man walk into the men’s restroom they have some very very funny pictures on the wall and on the floor.

I was teaching a painting class at Painting With a Twist around the corner from Jimmy John’s and in walks one of your reps with free samples. Let me tell you the entire class LOVED the sandwiches! They were fresh, none of the ingredients were wilted or stale and everything just melted in your mouth! I posted some of the flyers on our wall and the parents each left with a menu card! All in all DELICIOUS! I’ll be sure to mention JJ’s to our future customers. Thanks so much for the samples!
