We were rear ended this evening coming home from dinner, Progressive full coverage, no big deal right? Yeah what random person is coming to take care of your car? The company sent Direct Towing, a guy named Jason in a flat bed. He brought us home, put us in line with the garage and offered me a bite of his supper (it was obvious he was interrupted but he never said that). Great guy, great service, prompt and personable. We are very thankful for the amazing service.
