Called 5 times to check on status of the order and never received a return call.
Not what you would call good customer service. Have other rooms to do but will probably take my business elsewhere

Nice selection of fabric but more expensive than necessary, considering all the beautiful fabric available online now. Super busy during a sale, difficult to get personal help at those times. My criticism is with the in-​store fabrication business. I needed to have only a small cushion cover made. The clerk measured it and determined yardage, which seemed very excessive to me, and for the contrasting welt trim, i was surprised there was no premade (and thus nominally expensive) plain welt trim available, so i was forced to buy additional yardage of fabric from which such trim could be made. In spite of the 50% off sale, my fabric alone was close to $ 75, for fabric that was rather plain compared to all the others. I was charged $ 65 as a labor cost to sew the cushion cover. I asked to have the leftover fabric saved for me as i needed it to tack onto the chair under the cushion. Two months later, i had not heard from them so i called, was told the cushion was ready, i picked it up and discovered no extra fabric. It seems to me that no one was on top of this order, except the cashier. I am thoroughly disappointed in this place and would not trust them with a larger job. I will now have to add insult to injury and buy MORE fabric to complete the project.

Have made two trips to this store in the last few weeks to purchase fabric at an incredible 50% off. The selection is excellent considering the size of the store. Fabrics are arranged by color rather than manufacturer which makes shopping so much easier. Their outdoor fabric selections available in the store were in a separate area so no confusing the type of fabric you are looking at. I did not place any special orders, so am not aware of the time frame on delivery.
Although the store was crowded during my first visit, I did not have to wait long for assistance.
Will I be back, absolutely.

Great selection of fabrics and the display is unique. I loved the outdoor sign entrance with plants on the wall. We did not receive great service here with all too busy to help us.

What an amazing selection of fabrics: most of which you can buy immediately. I lucked into a 30% promotion, so the pricing became really quite good. Best selection in town.
