Their business card says«60 Minute Cleaners II,» so I was a little confused when I dropped off a pair of slacks and dress shirt in the early afternoon and was told they would be ready two days later after 5:00pm. I countered by asking, «can I get them tomorrow after 5:00pm?» The woman said, sure, no problem. The place looked nice, I left feeling good about my choice and of course happy to have found a place to get my shirt and pants cleaned since I’m on vacation and finding a dry cleaners and getting the task done while on vacation was taking time away from the beach and family. I showed up the morning after my stuff was supposed to be done & ready. I presented my receipt, the young woman went to look for my pants and shirt and then came back to say, «your stuff isn’t ready.» I confirmed that it was supposed to be ready yesterday at 5:00pm to make sure there wasn’t a misunderstanding and she confirmed that they were supposed to be ready yesterday. I was given an excuse why they weren’t ready and then asked to come back in a few hours(it was 10:30am), my stuff was eventually ready at 5:10pm. I asked why they didn’t call me to inform me of the delay, got a «sorry.» Very inconvenient to say the least and what’s with the name? «60 Minute Cleaners?»
