UPDATE — After going in a second time and mentioning my displeasure at their policy(and my 1 star review), the manager overruled the assistant manager and was very accommodating. I think my faith has been(at least partly) restored in Radio Shack! It’s such a shame that I can’t write a great review for this place; I used to LOVE Radio Shack. But, that all changed today. I tried to exchange a Radio Shack brand splitter, and got nothing but attitude. Apparently they don’t EXCHANGE anything they sell unless they can find it in the computer AND you bought it from them within the last 30 days. We’re talking exchanging a brand NEW product, not even a return. So if you can get what you need somewhere else, do it and don’t look back!

We went back and challenged them about their customer service policy and said it cost them 7% because of a bad Unilocal rating and they were willing to take a return in exchange for a higher priced product
