Great place. Very cute décor I just absolutely love the vibe from the second I walk through the door. I’ve been seeing ally for a year now and she has done an absolutely amazing job. She’s kind, friendly and gentle. I recommend her to anyone. Why u may ask? She knows her stuff that’s why, she educates you so you can leave feeling confident and she gives u advise on after care too. Two thumbs up for sure! Thank you allysia ! U truly are an artist with foils and scissors !!!

This salon offers a variety of services. Depending on who you want the stylist do both walk ins or appointment only. I was referred to Bijian by a friend and I have never been happier with my hair. She is a balayage, ombré, and sombre expert! She makes sure to put your hairs health and your happiness first. I have never been disappointed in this salon.

I made an appointment at a different salon with a new stylist, she cancelled on me only a few hours before my appointment. So I jumped on Unilocal and found a new salon near my house with great reviews and called to see if there was any chance they could get me in last minute. Luckily Alisha was available to help me out & got me in the same day. She was so enjoyable to talk to and really listened to what I wanted. Everyone was super friendly, the salon was very nice, bright & clean. I left so happy! Alisha did an amazing job & made my day.

Katie has been doing my hair ever since my wedding a couple of years ago and she does an amazing job! She pays so much attention to detail and my hair always looks excelent when she is done with it. Salon Thrive is clean and has a great environment. Everyone is super nice and any one of the hair stylists is fully capable of doing an excellent job on your hair! :)

I have had my hair done here twice and both times a different stylist saw me. They are all great! The prices are on point and they have made every experience great so far. Plus they took me on a last minute basis for a cut and color both times! I love this place and have definitely found where I’ll be coming back to. Shout out to Sam and Victoria! They are both so good at what they do!

Raquel has been doing my color for a couple years now. She is THE best! I always leave happy with how I wanted it, she uses the best products and makes sure my hair is left healthy.
She has been there for all my bipolar hair changes and has brought me from blonde to brunette back to blonde in a minimal time and kept my hair looking great and extremely healthy.
She also recently did my beaded weft extensions which turned out better than I’ve ever had done.

I went to salon thrive to fix my hair color and Ally did an AMAZING job! I couldn’t be happier! I came in with orange-​ish blond hair and Ally fixed my hair wonderfully and my hair now has multi highlights of light blonde to light brown. So happy I’m definitely going back!

I got my hair done at salon thrive about three weeks ago with Raquel. I found her work through Instagram (hairbyraquelr) .I contacted her and quickly set up an appointment. She’s such a sweetheart and she’s very helpful. We talked about what I wanted and she listened to me. At the end we went with something she suggested and I loved the end result. She’s amazing at what she does and her customer service skills are on point. If you’re in San Diego area be sure to check her out.

Decided to go somewhere different to get my hair done. Went with a bayalage which I’ve never heard of before but my friend suggested it and I’m glad I did. I love it. Samantha is awesome! Has a lot of talent. The place is clean and bright. There were also some good tunes playing in there! Glad I went with something different.

Edith did such a great job on my hair. We talked before the hair appointment so we were already building a connection with each other before meeting. She cares a lot for her clients, making sure the hairstyle is what the client wants and making them very comfortable.
I sat in the chair for 4 hours but with her it felt way less. She understood my vision from the start and I’m in love with the finished product. She is very knowledgeable of her products and was able to get rid of the orange that I had from a different stylist. I never felt so connected with a hairstylist before. I will definitely recommend her to my friends and keep coming back for her services.

Great salon that just opened in east county, all the stylist are very friendly. It is very difficult to find a stylist who understands you. I am more than happy to make the trip out of my commute to see my hair stylist Edith. She has been my hair stylist for years and is always flexible with my new hair ideas. She has saved my hair, literally from using boxed hair dye to product substances that has saved my hair. Edith is always full of energy and ready to accommodate you with new styles. I definitely recommend her services, she is very talented.

I. LOVE. Edith. She is probably one of the BEST hair stylists I’ve ever been to, and I don’t think I’m ever going to anyone else (I’ve gone to 4 different people until I found her). Every person who’s ever done my hair cannot even compare to her, she’s super sweet, down to Earth, and you can tell she loves what she does! We spent 8 hours on my hair — two bleach sessions, toner, and two dye jobs. And guess what? My hair was actually healthier than it was when I came in! I came in blonde and left with a beautiful smoky purple color.
If you’re hesitant about going to her, don’t. I highly recommend her, she’s worth every penny.

I have been coming to Sam at Salon Thrive only a few times. The first time she did a Bayalage which turned out beautiful! She always does an amazing job and listens to what you want! She has very reasonable prices too! I love the atmosphere at this Salon. The owner Katie is very nice! Oh and if you are in to Lula Roe– sam is your go to girl!
