«Manager» completely messed up pizza and provided horrible service. Avoid this location at all costs, and don’t bother to even ask for customer service from the manager.

So let me tell you. I was hangin with some friends and we got hungry so we went online to order it. It was very juicy and delicious but not the best. Online I clearly asked for them to write a joke on the box and cheer us all up. Unfortunately the deliverer named Suzanne was not in a very good mood. Ehh pizza & bad employees The only joke I was given was there customer service

My last order was a Hawaiian pizza. It didn’t have very much ham or Pinapple on it. Disappointed. Marlene

Hit and miss. You never know what you are going to get. It’s different every time. Undercooked, overcooked, no cheese– extra cheese, no sauce-extra sauce, sliced-not sliced. Try to order during the day when they are not busy. It’s actually good when they do it right. This store lacks Attention to detail and consistency. Too bad for the owner because it’s not like there is much competition around here as it is. You are leaving money on the table boss. Smack those managers around and get it right. All easy fixes.

Disgusting. Swimming in grease, the pizza box was soaked through with grease. Dominoes is never good but this location is extra bad. Even worse than Giant Pizza King, and that’s really saying something. Unless you have a cast iron stomach, stay away from this dump.

Great service, great food. Wait times are pretty quick unless it’s dinner time, and even then most the time is reasonable.

ordering the pizza online was a great experience. i could pick out toppings and types of crust that i want which is what i did. Ordered pizza with ham, pineapple, onions, olives and green pepper with extra cheese for takeout since this location is just right across the street from my apartment. when we got the pizza it was cold. cheese was not bubbling like they advertised and green peppers wasn’t really cooked. very disappointed. never coming back here.

This place really needs to get their act together. I seldom go there because they just don’t live up to their promises. They had that big«We fixed our pizza and now it’s great!» marketing campaign years back — and I have indeed tasted a Dominos pizza once or twice since they did that whole spiel and did like the new taste of the pizza. But the Santee store, not so much: The first disappointment was on Halloween night, 2012 — I ordered online for pickup — had a very tight schedule to get the kids where we needed to be, so I ordered ahead, but when I got there it turned out they had not even noticed my online order and nothing was prepared — really screwed things up because not only were my boys salivating for pizza by then, but I had to find a Plan B for dinner, fast, argh. I do believe they made me another pizza, no charge, at a later date, which tasted good and was substantial enough — they were trying to impress me, I guess. So flash forward, just over a year later, I decide to give them a shot, since they have a 50% off pizza week. Again, I ordered online, making sure to call ahead so they knew I’d ordered. I got a large with two toppings. Well, when I got there, the pizza was ready on time, but when I picked up the pizza box and walked to my car, I began to worry. It was my son’s birthday, and this pizza was for the two boys and their dad. Well, from how light the box felt in my hand, it felt like maybe one normal slice of pizza was in the box. I didn’t have time to stop so I took it home. We opened it and were shocked — I would say the crust was thinner than a Ritz cracker! And there were hardly any toppings on it or cheese. It literally looked like a paper thin circle of dough with sauce on it, and a very sparse smattering of cheese, although you could not really identify any cheese on it, seriously, like a tablespoon of cheese crumbles, maybe??? It was difficult to even pick up a slice because it was floppy like a piece of paper. It literally was eaten up, the entire pizza, in 3 minutes or so — it only took like two bites to finish a slice, and everyone was whining because they couldn’t even feel it in their empty stomachs! Thanks for ruining my son’s 16th birthday dinner. Soooo, I go online and put a complaint on their Facebook page. They responded and had me take my complaint to another web link, which I did. I received a response that said I should hear from the Santee store’s manager within the day. That was 5 weeks ago — I’ve since given up. I will NEVER set foot in that rip off joint again. If you are going to cut down on the substance of a pizza by 50% just to make up for selling it for 50% off — you really ought to warn the customers! Although I’d say it was more like 75% less pizza than normal. I’m sticking with Papa Johns, thank you. And to add insult to injury, a friend who lives in another state even warned me that the pizza would be «barely there» if I ordered from Dominos, but I didn’t believe him. All I had left to eat were my words, in the end!

Meh. Highly doubt I will eat at Dominos again. At least this one… Placed an order online for a pizza and some parmesan bread bites. Put in the system that I wanted to pick it up at 6:30. Get there right at 6:30 and my pizza is not ready. They say its in the oven. 15 minutes later at 6:45 I got my food. The workers there did apologize about the delay AND they offered me a free bottle of soda for the wait which was nice. Signed the credit card slip and the lady who handed me my pizza apologized again for the delay. Hey… at least they have good customer service skills and were trying to remedy a delay. I appreciated it. Now the food… The parmesan bread bites were pretty good. You get 16 bites for $ 2.99(They had a coupon online that took $ 1 off so they were $ 1.99). The pizza was a carryout special. Large 3 topping(pepperoni, olives, green peppers) for $ 7.99. Total was $ 10.75 for everything. Not bad. The pizza tasted crappy though. Even though it just came out of the oven, the cheese wasn’t melted to my liking, the crust was very plain and seemed almost stale. I ate 2 pieces and was over it. My wife ate 3 and we threw out 3. When does that happen that you throw out pizza? Not too often. Tonight it did though… overall just meh. I won’t order from here again.

this location has improved over the past few months. at the reopening I experienced a few challenges with their timely delivery and chose to revert to pickup. Since then I’ve seen a steady movement of improvement with both their customer service and the delivery times. Compared to the other large chain operated pizza places I still go with this location. Their pizza’s are way less greasy than the others places and when they do make a mistake or experience delays(and yes every place experiences this) they do apologize and I’ve even been comped a free large pizza on my next order. Overall I say this place moved from a 4 – 5 to a 6 – 8(depending on day of week).

What happened to this chain? It used to be my favorite budget pizza. The last one I tried after reopening seem like a water cracker with some unseasoned tomato sauce on top. Very, very disappointed. This is deliver/pick up only location.
