I only gave them a star because I couldn’t get it posted with none. Went in to use the atm, power went off on it just after I entered my pin. I told the rude woman behind the counter that it went out, and she said «oh, ya it does that. But we have nothing to do with it because it’s not ours.» I asked can’t they put an out of service sign on so people don’t use it? She said, «no we can’t because it’s not ours. And it doesn’t happen often. It usually turns back on.» I said you just told me this is something that happens, how can I be sure no one will use my acct? Her reply, «it’s been fine all morning; you can call the number on there.
I was pissed off, called the number and an outsourced rep I could hardly understand said no call had ever been put in and that I «should be ok» regarding my acct. Crappie service all around. Don’t waste your time at this 7−11…or use any of their atms. That woman was the rudest, trashiest employee. No customer service skills at all!!!

Seriously, the rudest and whiniest group I’ve ever come across. Won’t ever be back to any 7 11 ever.

The people that work here are beyond rude. I have lived in the area for 2 years and have given them the benefit of the doubt once a month but it just keeps getting worse. First– refills under 52oz are .99¢ that’s what’s posted. My refill cup clearly says 52oz and they always charge me more and then argue with me about it. When I tell them all they have to do is scan the cup they refuse. They also make things up as they go. We use coupons on cigarettes every day, and have used them there. They are now trying to say that if there is an in store deal on cigarettes they won’t take them. I have called headquarters and they said of course they should take them. Tried to call the manager of the store but they never return my calls. Avoid this store at all costs. Their attitudes are not worth it. Please take my word for it! Not to
