Always a smile and always an honest effort to please. Usually they’ll have what you need, and at a fair price After two years I find myself making much more frequent trips here than big box. Every trip expands and cements the relationship. Isn’t that really the way you’d like to shop?

I first me the owner through his son, Marwan who runs the Montecito True Value. Fred, has been helpful, kind, and generous. He truly represents the term local business person. He offers his services in a professional manner. What I absolutely appreciate is if Fred does not have the product, he will either call one of the other shops or special order it for the customer. Not only is he professional but he is personable as well.

Best Little Tool Store in Rosa. I live only a mile or so away and it is so nice having a place like this close by. All my home improvement projects have been able to be completed with help from the people here as well.

This is my favorite hardware store. Friendly people who put up with old lady’s questions, know what they have in stock and where to find it (nothing more useless than a clerk looking for something with you!). And they have everything you could possibly need in a hardware store. Great store, no kidding.

A great hardware store! Like they should be! They have the real things that you need, and the store isn’t so large that you are wandering thru unstaffed aisles of crap you don’t need, wrapped in overpriced wasteful packaging in short quantities. Small parking lot for a short walk in. Attentive, friendly, knowledgable staff.

I really like this place. It is just down the street from my office, so it is very convenient, but also has good prices and the people are genuinely helpful!
They have quality paint brushes and I took there recommendation on which one to buy (Purdy) and it is fantastic! It is the best paint brush I have ever used.
They also have a pretty good inventory of random things you need. I’ve bought screws, cleaning supplies, light bulbs (which were a great buy and very energy efficient), and a number of other things.
They have saved me from driving across town so many times. Oh, they are also supper cool with returns. I bought the wrong size screws and had opened the package, but they took it back and got me what I needed.

Fred and the gang are knowledgeable and friendly. In and out with what you need. I have also rented everything from high weed mowers to popcorn machines from them. Great service.

This is a great place for a little hardware store. Although we often need heavy-​duty hardware shopping, many times we need something small and quick or occasionally need to rent something. The store has a good selection, a good rental centre, and the owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. We have been going here periodically ever since it opened and have always been happy.

Went in there today to get some paint. I spoke to the guys on the phone before coming over to see if they could blend me up a particular color from a different brand that they carry, and they were so helpful on the phone, from reassuring me about how long it would take to where exactly they are. They were great when we got there, too. Super friendly, quick and we had a nice chat during the process. Knowledgable as well. I’ll definitely return

Great service from friendly and knowledgeable staff. Better pricing and service than Mission Ace Hardware. Parking lot isn’t the easiest to get in and out of, but not too much of a hassle.
