The Spa at Montecito Heights

I have had pedicures at many salons and spas and this was by far one of the worst. She was very sweet but the massage was short and weak and she spent more time cleaning the polish off my toes than trying to put it on my actual toenail. Also, the receptionist was less than gracious. i won’t go back. Sad face

I just had an amazing massage from Jiamie, he was awesome — just the right amount of pressure and the foot and scalp massage awww so great. I will defiantly rebook with him. Everything about this place is top notch. :) happy camper

I recently went to the new HEALTH SPA MONTECITO and had a massage with Tina and facial with Shelley — so great! Got to enjoy the sauna, steam and jacuzzi too. Sonoma County’s best kept Spa secret!

the only reason I’m OK with giving this place 1 stare is because the guy that did my massage was good… but that dose not make up for how rudely i was treated by the older women working at the front desk. She must have been some part of managment because she was rude not only to me but to the younger women working with her, It was uncomfortable and embarrassing to put it lightly!
As i was walking away the older women yelled around the costumer standing at the desk… «Did you care to tip?!» i said, i did tip $ 20… she rolled her eyes and said so split $ 20 between everyone that waited on you today?! I just said WOW and walked away! you couldn’t pay me to go back to this place.

We had our office holiday party here and WOW! I was so impressed with the service. Tiffany and Cassie took care of us from beginning to end. We had brunch brought in, champagne, fresh fruit and cookies. The quiche was excellent and the services were extraordinary. Very professional staff beautiful spa.

My husband and I were gifted a couples massage and had a great experience. We were able to use the health club amenities as well. Feeling thankful and very relaxed!

This is a high quality pedicure! I normally go to Coldwater Creek but seeing as how they’ve been sold & all the good employees are jumping ship I decided to try something new. I’m happy I did!
The «Montecito pedicure» came with the works– nice ambiance, oil massage, and paraffin treatment. It is different than Coldwater in that you’re not reclined & sent off to slumberland. It’s more traditional so you are sitting up & may converse with the pedicurist, if you’d like. My pedicurist was Tina & she was great. She was so knowledgeable & interesting, I feel like I learned a good deal about nails & nail care. My toes look beautiful & I look forward to me next visit.
*Prices seem comparable to Coldwater.

My friend and I both got gift cards here as birthday gifts, got appointments at the same time, and both really enjoyed our experience!
Pros:
–Everyone was VERY polite and friendly.
–Loved how they gave us comfy robes and then also slippers to wear back to the massage area.
–No waiting time… they were very prompt!
–We went during spa «Happy Hour», where you get to choose discounted mini services. Fun for if you want a couple different things done.
–You get a complimentary glass of champagne if you go during spa «Happy Hour».
–Very nice shower room with heated towels for you to use after a massage.
–Give you a locker with a key to store your stuff.
–Didn’t rush us out afterwards. We hung out in their relaxation room (with a nice outdoor patio) and drank our champagne and talked for a while after. Really nice and relaxing!
–Liked my massage lady (Marni…if I spelled that right!). She was friendly and did a great job! I especially liked the hot stone part of the massage.
–Great atmosphere.
Cons:
–Luckily we went early, because it took it quite a while to find the actual building, even using gps! It’s located behind the Flamingo, and we ended up having to drive through their parking lot and around their buildings to get to the spa parking lot. Kind of weird.
–For some reason we couldn’t get a facial, even though it was an advertised «Happy Hour» service. Maybe they were booked already, I’m not sure. But that would have been nice to do!
–Price. We got it for free this time because of our gift cards, but I probably won’t go back very often because they are pretty expensive.
We also found out that we could have been able to get our massages in the same room… next time we’ll have to ask! Overall it was a very relaxing and lovely experience, and if the prices were a little cheaper, I would most definitely be back! This place is a step above many other massage places though, with extras and the amenities, the atmosphere and the service. So I think they charge the correct price for what they do. :)

My boyfriend and I got a couples massage yesterday and mine was miserably painful. I asked for medium pressure and it felt like my bones were breaking because she was pressing so hard. My feet and hands were barely touched and my massage felt rushed and I was not one bit relaxed. At the end of our massages, the woman at the front desk asked how everything was and I expressed that it was not relaxing and the service was mediocre at best. She laughed as if I was joking quickly swiped out card without showing any sign of concern and sent us on our way. The terrible massage along with the poor service has forced me to give this spa one star. Although, I’ve been here many times and have been more than satisfied, I’ve chosen to never return.

Just had an awesome hot stone massage from Ramon — a gifted healer and massage therapist. He is a gem, and treats your body as if he knows it thoroughly inside and out. I’m much more than just relaxed — I’m alive and rejuvenated!

I am giving it 5 stars for the atmosphere, the friendly and helpful service and the incredible massage I just got from their newest practitioner, Randall Saulsbury. This was the best I ever had, intuitive, the right amount of pressure and a real feeling of being «de-​toxed». I never write reviews, but I will just to encourage you all to try him.

This place rocks! Service is awesome, Lucy, Mark, and Tiffany, top notch service. Full use of steam room, sauna, and hot tub with your visit, ahhh Bliss!
