After pricing carpeting for 3 rooms in our home, we chose St Francis Flooring, not only for a great price, but for the service and attitude of the owners, Kerry & Sheryl. They have an excellent product selection, which is complimented by extremely courteous and helpful service. You really get a sense of personalized service from people who care about their business and reputation. Their installers reflect their customer service attitude in their promptness and taking care to make everything perfect while in your home. I couldn’t recommend anyone more highly.

Kerry and Cheryl run a great business and deliver exceptional results. After a not so great experience a few years ago with another company, we called St. francis flooring to finish the rest of our house in hardwood. They worked to find the (now discontinued) product to match the rest of the house, and the end results look amazing. I wouldn’t call anyone else next time.

The owners of St. Francis Flooring are wonderfully helpful and informative. I couldn’t have been happier with their service and with the carpet they helped my choose. They actually took the time to explain each type of carpet they had available and what the benefits were to each. Then they gave me the information and tools to chose the best carpet for me. The installer was on time, quick and clean. This place gives good, old fashioned service at its best.
