Was on the market to purchase new gutters for my Home. The gentleman at Norcal Roofing referred me to a fellow by the name of Chris. Chris was very rude and very unprofessional did not return my calls in a timely manner, Just needed a general price quote which I understand is an ESTIMATE. After calling around numerous of places Chris was the only person who had a problem doing this over the phone and insisted on having my address which I did not want to do to avoid unexpected visitors which I explained to him. In return He threw a fit «similar to my 3 yrs old» and never tried to contact me after that nor returned any of my calls. Thanks Chris!

Joel Johnson with NorCal Roofing is simply the best and most honest and affordable roofer there is! I asked a friend, whose husband is a contractor, who I should call to replace my roof. She enthusiastically referred me to Joel. I contacted him and got an estimate, which was much less than others I called, but since I didn’t have the entire amount needed to do the entire roof and my problem was the leaky carport, he took care of that for me first for a very reasonable price. A year later, having saved enough for the rest of the roof and needing a new one badly, I called Joel and it was completed super quick and over a holiday weekend. He and his crew have obviously been working together for a while. They were courteous and professional and kept my property clean and neat between days so there were no tar accidents. I can’t say enough about my experience with Norcal Roofers. I’m in Novato, he works all over the north bay area, I believe.
