Just go to subway. Or if you don’t mind spending more money, go to Ike’s. I just spent the same amount of money I would’ve there and when I took a bite of my sandwich I was instantly transported to subway. First and last time coming here. Sorry not sorry.

OVERPRICED. I ordered the Beach sandwich. For a basic $ 9 sandwich(that’s sando alone), I expect to be able to find my Avocado, and the lettuce not be brown. What I could find of the avocado was an avocado like spread, not really tasting like the fruit, mostly a salty mush. There are no sliced pickle options, no cheese other than provolone to add. My sandwich tasted like a big slap of Mayo. Cucumber was semi soft. Sandwich wasn’t sliced, no napkins to be found in the entire establishment, you have to ask for them back at the counter. No thanks. Gave 2 stars simply because the place was very clean and the staff super courteous. We won’t be back, however.

I’m not a big fan of the sandwiches but you can create pretty good lettuce wraps! I always add sprouts and cucumbers and tomatoes. At $ 7 dollars I can’t complain! Plus I don’t know anywhere else I can get a lettuce wrap besides in n out and that isn’t healthy lol

If you’re thinking about going to subway, stop. Go to jimmy johns for all of your quick sand which needs. The simplicity, and general quality(for fast food sandwiches) makes this a far better choice than any other chain sandwich shop. Fourth star given for delivery service.

Fast. Easy. I always drop by on my lunch breaks when I’m looking to grab a bite to eat while running errands. You order, literally wait about a minute, and they’re done. And out the door I go! I like the Slim 3, which is the tuna sandwich. Pretty plain but it’s fresh. Can’t complain.

Probably the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. Don’t waste your money. More bread than filling. The place is a joke. Nice staff though.

Tried the gigantic, it”s about 9 inches maybe a little smaller than a footlong from subway. Ordered mine loaded with everything which is not much but a giant handful of sprouts. Jimmy Johns is a disappointment I will rate their sandwich lower than the rest of the chain sandwich shops in town. In fact the $ 2.99 hot sandwich from Costco just across the way is far superior to anything Jimmy Boys sells. Heads up on this place… flavorless processed garbage in a white bread bun. No need to waste your time stopping and being disappointed here. You would be better off going to Subway for half the price. LoL

No salt & pepper? Really? Ordered a Beach Club and was so not impressed. I couldn’t distinguish one flavor from the next. Textures were all fine(tomato and cucumber were firm/crisp) but without salt & pepper, it just all was bland. Interesting and clean décor. Friendly enough service. Not coming back again.

I wanted to love this place but there’s just not enough pros for me. This new location is clean but doesn’t deliver a quality sandwich. One would be better off going to Subway, ½ the price too. The CEO of the company likes to hunt nearly endangered animals too. I can’t imagine giving my money to such a rotten human being.

The first time I came here I wasn’t impressed. I believe it was a roast beef sandwich. But today I tried the #5 Vito and it’s quite good. I also bought a pickle spears which were good. And I always love a place with hospital ice for my water bottle. The staff was friendly and quick. I better choice than subway just with less menu options.

I really like the Slim Sandwich. Its just meat and cheese but i really like it! I get the Salami sandwich and its basic but that is what i appreciate about it. I am a simple girl and a simple sandwich is okay in my book.

In a nutshell, the sandwiches are comparable to Togo’s or Subway at best(I’d personally rather have Subway at half the price). The menu is not exciting, the«famous» French bread doesn’t taste fresh or flavorful and the sandwich meats are akin to grocery store deli meats. For around $ 8+ for a «premium» sandwich, find a local sandwich place and support them instead, the difference in quality will be night and day.

Went to Costco today… saw Jimmy John’s and was like OHSNAP a new sandwich place. We decided to try it and was impressed when we walked up, we walked in and I was getting excited, until I saw the menu… THAT’S IT, this is all you have? NOTIMPRESSEDATALL. We ended up with a #12 wrapped in lettuce and a #16 on their plain boring bread… WTF an 8″ sandwich and wrap for $ 7.50ea?! My #16 had maybe 3 slices of turkey and the #12 was missing the avocado spread. This place isn’t any better than subway. I am not sure what the hype is all about but J. J’s SUCKS& I will not be back to. The only thing that was cool is they offer a lettuce wrapped sandwich & have their own branded chips, but I still only give 1 star.

This place is only so-so. Just like the other JJ’s I’ve been to, the sandwich is a skinny affair not well filled with goods, sort of on the expensive side. I’ve been here twice since it opened and both times the cashiers can’t communicate nor operate the cash register. The food is only mediocre. Lots of bread(even though they pick out the middle) and sparse contents, really oily. Apparently they do deliver, but I couldn’t figure out their delivery radius. It’s not that far as they don’t even deliver to south downtown.

Customer service is great. Sandwiches are very tasty. I ordered the Hunter club which has ¼ th Roast beef I chose lettuce wrap instead of French bread. Very good. I will be back for more.

This delivery sandwich shop recently opened up a couple blocks from my residence, so I decided to give it a try… and that was a mistake. If you take Subway, but limit the options to one type of funky semi-stale bread and a few pre-designed menu options, you have Jimmy John’s. The sandwiches are mostly bread, with a couple thin slices of meat. I high denounce sandwich shops that do this. A sandwich is supposed to have MEAT(or veggies piled high if that is your thing). 1−2mm of meat just isn’t going to cut it. I added avocado to my ham and provolone(they did not allow swiss) and received an incredibly small smear of what I’d call avocado ‘spread’. This is another insult to the sandwich. If I pay extra for avocado, I expect more than a 16th of an avocado on my sandwich. Sigh, I should’ve paid the 3 extra bucks and went to Ike’s where the sandwiches are about 3000 times better.

I’ll start with the good– the service was very friendly and extremely quick. The not so good– the bread is kind of stiff/stale and my sub sandwich was not cut in half making it difficult to eat or share. I asked and paid for avocado, but it was not on my sandwich. I was not given a napkin– had to ask. Although I’ve noticed Starbucks also stopped handing them with your order. They are newly opened. I just might give them one more chance.

YAY! Finally it opens! Drove there for lunch today. Fairly busy, but line moved very quickly. Not as fast as I’m used to for a Jimmy John’s, but it’s the employees’ first week on the job. Ordered a couple of veggie sandwiches, and tuna. Tastes just how I remember them! The store was very clean, well decorated, and plenty of seating. Ordered to go, so did not get to see the bathroom, but considering how new this place is, no doubt very clean. For those who missed the sprouts, YESTHEYAREBACK! They are optional, but do not cost extra. I will continue to come back as long as they keep making these delicious sammies.

Brand new. Very clean. Nice, efficient staff. Fresh bread and ingredients. Open 10 – 107 days. Only cold sandwiches. My «Vito» was a bit light on meat but it was only $ 5.99. It was tasty and fresh. The hot peppers made it — those red Italian peppers. So let’s see. They don’t accept tips, I like to tip but that’s okay I guess. A tiny bit preachy in the signage but otherwise cheery and upbeat décor. Overall good first impression but I think I’d pay for extra meat next time.
