Jessica and her team are absolutely wonderful. As a very laid back bride planning a wedding 500 miles away, she helped me to think of things I hadn’t thought about before and not feel bad about it. She was very open to any type of vision and remained very neutral about any ideas we had unless asked for her opinion.
We booked the team for week of planning which I highly recommend. It was very overwhelming the days leading up to the big day and she was on top of everything so that I didn’t have to think of it. She called all of my vendors to make sure they knew when and where to show up.
On our actual wedding day she was there every step of the way and set up the décor perfectly. Her and johnathon did an excellent job of repurposing all décor to make sure we got our money’s worth of everything. Lorraine was also extremely helpful and seemed to always be around in case we needed anything. We both felt like royalty all day and never had an empty glass or any confusion as to where we needed to be.
I highly doubt our wedding went perfectly, but Jessica and her team gave us no indication otherwise. They truly allowed us to enjoy our day and not stress over any issues big or small. I highly recommend J Warner events! Thank you for an amazing day.

Jessica has to be the nicest person I have ever met, while still being extremely knowledgeable and professional. Traits you don’t find all of the time. She is definitely the only person to hire when getting married in Napa. Thanks Jessica for all of your help. You went above and beyond without thinking of yourself.

J Warner Events was the BEST decision I made in the entire wedding (well maybe besides the groom). I spent a month researching the pros and cons of wedding planners and pricing. I came across J Warner, and after one meeting I knew they were the ones that had to be involved in my wedding. I could write a book on how many things they did for us but I will summarize it. First, they listen to you and facilitate to create your dream wedding. I was afraid that if I had a wedding planner I would lose some of my individuality and also break my budget. I don’t know how many text messages we exchanged throughout the process of décor ideas. By the end of the process it was like planning with friends. They are so easy to relate to, that they are not only great wedding coordinators, but they are just great people. Trust me, when wedding crunch time is near, you need good people around you! They ask you to dream big and then they make those dreams come true without breaking your budget. That is my second huge praise. Not only did they keep me on budget, but I actually came out under budget. They are so organized that they allow you to dream but also keep you on track so that you don’t end up in debt. They cater to all budgets, and aren’t afraid to take on a challenge. They brought light to all those hidden fees and unexpected expenditures that we would never have planned for without them. I completely believe without them I would have either been in financial strain or I would have had to give up on a lot of things I wanted for the wedding. They have truly rewritten my perspective on the value and necessity of having a wedding planner. Overall, they made our day amazing, no exceptional. They will give you a wedding people will remember and rave over. Day of, I was able to step back, watch it all come together, and enjoy marrying my best friend. As with any wedding, they took care of all the «unexpected» and allowed my friends and family to celebrate the day. They truly went above and beyond for us and we were truly blessed to have them as a part of our day.

Jonathan and Jessie comprise the powerful duo that is J. Warner Events. My wife and I were married in June of 2011, and our wedding day would have been vastly different in terms of quality, consistency and beauty had it not been for Jonathan and Jessie.
We approached our wedding day as something that would more or less «fall into place,» but as the day grew closer, we began to realize the necessity and immense helpfulness of J Warner Events. I could write quite a bit, but here are a few things that stood out to my wife and I about them:
1) They value creativity and space, while remaining vocal and leading. Both in word and deed, Jon and Jessie upheld the important balance of our preferences and dreams for the wedding, while still challenging and guiding us into efficient solutions and execution. They are averse to dominating or controlling the wedding event, and seek to orient themselves around the couple’s goals. They listened patiently to our ideas, sometimes even sacrificing their own opinions. They visibly shared our excitement about the highlights of the day. But at the same time, they were quick to suggest alternative ways of the details of our day. They were quick to step up and take over details that we were too busy or too forgetful to remember. Their firm direction was essential to making the day come together so perfectly.
2) They add delightful, unanticipated personal touches. Jon and Jessie both personally created or oversaw little decorations and details that we did not expect. Some of these details ended up really making the day. Jon worked to get a large, custom-​painted wooden sign with our name on it up at the front of the property, something we didn’t expect.
3) They are encouraging to be around. Weddings are an extremely stressful time. Jon and Jessie bring the tension and stress down by their cheerful, cooperative presence. As a couple, they are perfect together, complimenting each other and their ideas. Working together, they offered us endless kind words and hope for the day. This made all the difference — having a team of coordinators that are constantly upbeat, humble and cheerful is a rare thing. They are genuine to the core, and this will put any wedding event and those involved at ease.
In addition, I attended a wedding a month later in Petaluma, CA that they coordinated as well, as was just as impressed! I would highly recommend this dynamic duo. They were such a blessing and encouragement to us. You are doing yourself and your wedding day a favor in choosing them.
