GREAT JOB BRYAN!!!
This was the first time that I shattered my screen — searched online, submitted my info. on the iCracked website & chatted within minutes with their Rep. and brought the phone to Bryan’s shop on Calistoga (next to Baskin Robbins).
Bryan did an inventory of apps and had the screen replaced in 30 minutes! AMAZING!!!

I highly recommend Bryan for iPad repair. Not only did he contact me within minutes of contacting iCracked, it was 10pm! I brought in my iPad with a broken screen. He explained the repair and cost estimate. Bryan is very professional and customer focused. I will use his services again if I should have another phone /​iPad issue.

Really, couldn’t be happier with the service with iCracked. Bryan was able to fix a prior screen replacement that was done poorly and with crap parts. All the mistakes that were made assembling the phone the first go around were all corrected. On top of it all, lifetime warranty on the replacement part.

When my son stepped on his iPhone 6, I thought it was curtains and we would be looking at a new phone (nearly $ 600). I called Bryan, who saw me immediately, and fixed the phone while I waited — about 45 minutes. He even fixed the things that he’d said might not be fixable — like the front-​facing camera. Total cost: $ 189. He’s friendly, reliable, super progressional, fast, and courteous. I totally recommend this guy!

Bryan was amazing. He got my phone fixed within an hour and his customer service skills are second to none. I would recommend him to Everybody. As you know some of this other places use cheap parts and don’t stand behind their skill on repairing your phone. Not Bryan, he’s the MAN.

I thought my world came crashing down when I dropped my phone cracked my screen. Luckily I found Bryan and ICracked. Bryan fixed my phone and it is now better than before with a new tempered glass screen all at a fair price. So far appears to be working perfect. Thanks Bryan!
I had to come back in and give Bryan an additional 5 stars, (if that were possible). As it turned out my phone did not work perfectly and I had to go back to Bryan to get it fixed. Apparently the replaced part was defective and Bryan had to order brand new parts. He then agreed to come to my home to repair the phone rather than making me drive back a third time. He came over and repaired my phone again and made sure this time it was perfect.
Usually a businesses true customer service can be seen when things go wrong and how they respond to it. Bryan came through brilliantly and even told me to call him again if anything ever goes wrong with the phone. How amazing is that!
