I was so unhappy with the service. They have a chart that shows the different shapes that you can choose from for your eyebrows. So I wanted the THICK ARC. When she sat me down she never even asked what shape I wanted. So right as she was about to start the threading I stopped her to tell her what shape I wanted. I thought it was so weird that she didn’t even ask. So then I proceeded to tell her that I wanted a THICK ARC she interrupted me before I could say «thick» and she just said «yeah okay». I was worried that she didn’t even hear what I wanted because she was so eager to respond. I had been growing my eye brows out for months trying to get them as thick as possible. When she was done they were 1⁄3 the size that they were before. They were pencil thin. She took everything that I had grown out and now I have to start over. I was so upset when I looked in the mirror. I’m still so upset!!! I’ll definitely never go back!

Go see Bipana! You will not regret it. She always does a AMAZING job and has never messed up. She only works on Friday 12 – 8.
