The optometrists in the practice are all good. My biggest complaint is the office staff in both the Fillmore and Santa Paula locations. They did not advise me accurately with regards to my insurance, they try to steer you to purchase what they want you to purchase as far as eye wear goes; with no options given. Only when I contacted my insurance was I informed correctly. When my son needed to be fit for contacts the lady who was instructing him was nice, but advising incorrectly. He got home and was able to take out and put in his contacts no problem; she only managed to stress him out with incorrect guidance. The staff attempts to be pleasant, but pleasant does not excuse not presenting all options available or not advising patients correctly.
