Dr. Klenck is a brilliant surgeon who performed acetabular and pelvic reconstruction surgery on me following a horrible bicycle accident. That I can walk, swim and ride my bike again is a testament to his amazing knowledge and skill.
Regarding the previous comment about their front office. so what. I think I’d rather walk again than to be greeted by a smiling receptionist as I look across the counter from a wheelchair.

While Dr. Mata is the best, his front office staff are not. Can’t keep track of schedules. We waited hours to find out she had not longed us in. Next appointment we confirmed. When we arrived they did not have us in the system, yet we had just confirmed. No problem to wait for hours to get in, even if you have an appointment. The famous phrase from the scheduler sitting on the left computer (elva) was «it’s not my fault». Of course it’s not her fault, cause she is beyond her capacity to hold this position. I would accept errors, but on every visit I hear the same lines of excuses.
