I am a huge fan of the NXFit program. It provides enough structure and challenge to keep things interesting and see results, while allowing flexibility and convenience so you can stick with it. The workouts themselves can be done in about 40 minutes, so they’re easy to build into a busy schedule. The short, intense exercises are similar to what you’d find in a crossfit class, only less expensive and more convenient. I was able to stream my workouts on a tablet and do them anywhere. The nutrition plan relies on common sense rules including approved foods, foods to avoid. and portioning. Throughout the program, you receive feedback and encouragement to help you achieve your goals. By the end of my 30 day challenge, I’d lost 18 lbs, increased my endurance and energy. More importantly, I developed positive habits that have allowed me to maintain and build upon my results.

This is a great program and almost more importantly it is effective and a great value. Since it is a 30 day program, it requires much less overall time commitment than P90X or Insanity(also good programs but 90 and 60 days). Each workout is also roughly 30 minutes so it is well-suited for a busy traveling professional. What I think bridges the gap between those longer program and NX is a much stronger emphasis on the nutritional aspect. NX states that 60−70% of the effectiveness of the program comes from the food side. Following the NX food rules has certainly made a strong and lasting impression on the importance of nutrition especially as the years go on. And no doubt Matt’s workouts are going to kick your ass for both strength and aerobic conditioning. What I liked a lot is the use of streaming video which makes the program portable(you will need reliable Wi-Fi access though) and the complete reliance on your own body for the workout without any extra equipment or apparatus. I highly recommend you give NX a shot… you’ll love the results.

i just finished the 30 day program and it was awesome! before i did it i was in decent shape, but overweight, and losing hope that i could ever get my old body back(after trying many other programs). but, nx fit is amazing! you work on exercise and eating right in fun and challenging ways. you learn about all aspects of being fit, and you can start it from any fitness or weight level. it’s truly for anyone who wants to improve her/his health and life. go for it! you will not regret it!:)
