Worst place ever. Wow, if I could give –5 stars for the customer service, I would. I recommend the post office and walgreens over this place.

I roll in with my babies to develop several photos I have on a CD. The guy goes to the back and comes back several minutes later to tell me the CD is not working. I’m sure this is not right since I just used the CD to forward the photo files to a friend so I offer to go back to see what’s wrong. I click on My Computer and then on the D drive, and his computer freezes. I try to cancel it out, get all these weird error messages. The computer actually blanks out for a few seconds and then comes back. It’s clear that there’s something wrong with his computer. I tell him: If you open up a web browser, I can get you the photo files off my email. He says and I kid you not: We don’t let clients use the internet because we’ve had problems with viruses; had to pay a lot of money to fix it. Umm, isn’t that what virus protection is for? Also, isn’t the new business model for EVERY photo store that you can now send photos digitally and get them printed? OR, if you’re not going to let customers send you photos in digital format over the internet, at least have a computer with a CD drive that works! The dude is so sadly and blissfully in the past that his business is not likely to be sustainable. Unless of course his kids come to the rescue. Unfortunate, because this store is literally right around the corner from my house and I have two little ones so we’re alway developing photos for computer-​illiterate friends and family. I gave him two stars, one for location and the other because I feel sorry for him.
