Master Cleaners

I’m a big fan of Master cleaners and have been coming here for the last few years. I’m always greeted by friendly people and i have yet to have a bad experience with my laundering or dry cleaning. Master cleaners has a parking lot right in front, which almost always has spots, so it’s easy to pop in and out. My only other frame of reference for dry cleaning in LA is Fazio Cleaners, which i used a few times prior to discovering Master cleaners, but their exorbitant pricing made it easy for me to make the switch. Master cleaners has a far more reasonable price point with similar quality cleaning.

Yes… choose Master Cleaners for the quality and value of their services. Jenny is very professional and considerate as I drop off, pick up my dry cleaning. It is humbling to see just how messy I can be… but no one know afterwards! Yes, I’ve tried others… and would not consider them again once I found Master Cleaners.

I am a longtime customer of Master Cleaners. In fact, I was a customer before they moved to the Montana location. I first learned about Master Cleaners when the St. John boutique in Beverly Hills recommended them for their clothes. I figured, if they could handle all those fancy St. John buttons and trims, they must be good. And they are. Jenny and Bill are terrific, hardworking and they’ve taken good care of my clothes over the years. They give discounts and they’ve even delivered, which I really appreciate since I don’t live or work near Santa Monica.

They have been my dry cleaner for 10 plus years. They provide great service on dry cleaning and alterations. Also, they do the best original hem on jeans. I have recommended them to many friends, and many of my friends use their services. The owners are friendly and cordial. Also, as a long time customer, I have experienced nothing but great service. Highly recommend!

We have been customers of Master Cleaners for 14 years and have had wonderful service. The owners are friendly and helpful. Jenny never fails to greet customers with a smile and has been very accommodating when we have needed «emergency service»

As a first time customer and was pleased to see a 30% discount on the 10+ items I brought in.
The service was fast and friendly but when I came back to pick up my order I had the worst experience at a dry cleaner:
* The cleaners lost one of my blouses’
* 2 Silk shirts were attached to my pick-​up that were NOT mine, the attendant helping me aggressively tried to tell me they were a part of my order… perhaps this is how my shirt was lost in the first place! yikes!
* The attendant helping me picked out someone else’s dry clean order (clearly a much larger size & older style) and tried to force someone else’s clothes on me.
* The attendant refused to let me speak to the manager and mentioned he’d be available if I came it after 10:30am.
My clothes came out looking great however… this cleaner was extremely disorganized and I wouldn’t trust receiving my full-​order back.

This place is great! Friendly service and great prices. Attention to detail (or stains that is.) You can get same day cleaning. They do great alterations and even pick up and deliver locally. I’ve been with them for years and they always take care of me.

Awesome service. I’ve been having my clothes dry cleaned and pressed by Master Cleaners for well over a year now. I’m always greeted with a warm smile and my clothes are always handled with care and returned in pristine condition.
Their prices are great for the level of quality you get in return. I’d definitely recommend Master Cleaners to anyone! Great family-​run business.

They are amazing! The owners are super kind, and they cleaned my tough stains out of my dresses. Oh, and they gave me a discount. Awesome place and great prices!

Jenny takes good care of us and she discounts dry cleaning for neighbors.
Cleaning dress shirts can even be done the same day! If you drop it off early in the morning and you ask ;-)

Overpriced and rude. It’s a no go.

I was a master cleaners customer for a very long time until I noticed the pricing irregularities. This establishment would take your clothes and launder them and then up charge you for numerous different things. If you had a stain they would automatically dry clean them and charge you the dry clean fee. If you have french cuffs they would charge more, if you have stretchy material shirts they charge more. I have never been nickled and dimed more than this place. I started going to another place down the street.
