I was really concerned when both hands started burning at night. I wasn’t sure if it was something to do with neck vertebrae or carpal tunnel syndrome. I saw Dr Azari after worrying forever. My first meeting with him was so impressive because of his assurances and chairside manner. He knows more about hands than most doctors and has the skills to go w the knowledge. So here I am 3 and a half years later, doing my dentistry full time and never thinking about pain any more. I have sent 4 or 5 friends to him and all have had similar results to mine. Stop worrying and go to the Rembrandt of carpal tunnel surgery and live your life with out pain or angst. David Firestone DDS

This is an update to my earlier review of Dr. Azari. I am now seven weeks out of my second wrist surgery. Dr David Hay performed it, after Dr. Azari attempted but failed to relieve the persistent pain on the right side of my right wrist. My pain is nearly completely gone, I actually think now I can look forward to having a functional, pain free wrist. It is totally annoying that Azari and his ucla associates could not give me the correct surgery in the first place. It really wasn’t rocket science. Dr Hay did a quick little grind test, took three xrays, found the problem and scheduled the surgery.
Why was that so hard?
I will never go to ucla docs again, compared with the Cedars docs they come out looking poor indeed.

Would give a glowing recommendation to anyone. Dr. Azari and his staff have significantly improved my life. He truly cares about everyone he meets and takes the time to discuss all possible routes. Best hand surgeon in the world and a fantastic person overall.

I am so lucky to have him work on my hands. He could have simply removed a nerve, instead he took the time to look deeper and find a broken bone embedded in the nerve. No short cuts for my Hero Doc!

Dr. Kodi Azari is one of the most phenomenal doctors /​surgeons I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. He truly cares about his patients. I would highly recommend him for hand surgery or any hand issues.
He is also one of the top surgeons currently performing hand transplants. There is no one better.

Dr. Azari is a hand specialist/​surgeon. I saw him recently seeking treatment for injuries from a car accident. He is smart and kind. He made sure that I understood our course of treatment and he was interested in my overall well-​being. You don’t get better than this. If you need to see someone about your hand, then he’s your guy.
