SO fun! Very laid back with doggies and friendly crowd. So loving the ease of this Sat night group outing option! We live in the South Bay so SM High is great but our favorite(surprise!) is the Autry Museum lawn! Love this season’s line up too!

I can only aspire to be as great as my dog thinks I am. Is it even possible to love our dogs as much as they love us? How does one return this unconditional love — with a dinner and a movie? Perhaps some live music with a dancing Santa? Well it’s a start. If you’re looking to justify being on the pedestal that your dog has placed you on; there are celebrations of food(eat), movies(see), music(hear), and canine companionship at various Los Angeles County venues this summer. These events are on on Saturday nights and the locations include: — Griffith Park — Santa Monica — Beverly Hills — Pasadena Every event will feature: — an outdoor movie — multiple food trucks — live music — pet-friendly and best-friend-appreciated Reasonably priced, quality meal and snack provisions, easy parking. In fact, a way better movie and culinary experience than you’d get sitting in a cold dark theater eating stale popcorn and watered-down soda while your pet sits at home patiently waiting for your return. This summer, eat, see, and hear your way over to L.A. before it’s too late. #LoveYourDogBack

Our dog is the best traveler! We like to take him out with us on excursions when we can. We ventured to to La-la-land for Eat-See-Here. This mini event offers a variety of food trucks, a film and live music at multiple sites throughout LA during the summer months! On our evening out we ate at the Cuban Kitchen truck and finally had the chance to try Coolhaus ice cream sandwiches(with cool edible potatoe wrappers)! The film viewing this week was Love Actually(sponsored by Showtime) and the event featured a Christmas in July theme with one Santa present! He even jammed with the band(The Adventurers) for one song(I posted a brief video clip). The highlights: woof friendly with many pets present with well behaved pet parents(free biscuits at the entrance AND exit), solid sponsorship, a good variety of choices and vendors. The set up is well organized. A lady paid it forward when we ordered ice cream at Coolhaus for the first time — which is a great way to end an evening! Lowlight: where was Santa taking photos and when? Should we be concerned he was missing after jamming on the stage, could he have disappeared with Mrs. Santa or worse yet Mrs. Santa’s sister… we may never know…
