In 2012, my wife and I attempted a complicated refinance of my home. Although Greg Roberts did his best to provide us excellent service, our refinance did not go smoothly, due entirely to incompetence at a certain bank. I will not mention the bank’s name because perhaps their personnel, policies and customer service have improved in recent years. Because our refinance did not go through (I had to refinance with another financial institution) and our experience did not meet the usual high standards Greg strives to provide his clients, he generously offered to refund our appraisal fee.
