Beth was recommended to me by a friend this year, and she has been such an incredible therapist. She’s empathetic, non judgmental, a great listener, and easy to talk to. She helps me create simple weekly assignments to help me work towards my goals which encourages me to stay accountable to myself. She poses questions during our sessions that challenge me and helps me come up with tools to help me work through issues as they arise. I always leave a session feeling good and looking forward to the next appointment.

I started talking to Beth 15 years ago, when she was my Pilates instructor. Many times I mentioned to her, «you would make a great therapist or life coach» because you have such a natural way of understanding and sorting through issues. I wasn’t surprised when Beth returned to school and changed her profession. I now have the best Life Coach/Therapist ever. Beth is a very good listener and I feel she cares. She knows how to extract what is important from our conversations and gives good feedback. She will also give you exercises or «homework» to be done in between sessions if you are open to that. I have found that very helpful. I believe I have benefited the most from her giving me the tools to understand myself and work my own process when she is not present. I leave every session(or phone call) feeling uplifted. This world is a brighter place because of Miss Beth!

Beth is a wonderful therapist; certainly the best that I’ve ever worked with. She creates an open and safe space; a perfect complement to her therapeutic style. Beth is empathetic but looks for me to do the work needed to make change. She provides just the right amount of guidance when we discuss the issues that I’m facing and how I can address them. Beth is incredible, the best therapist I’ve ever seen. She asks questions that make you see situations differently and she challenges me in a very healthy and constructive way. While we sometimes discuss philosophical topics, for the most part Beth is really good at helping me find actionable solutions or things I can try to fix current issues I’m facing and is good at helping me set a plan to keep myself accountable. Beth is smart and so enjoyable to spend time with. I’m so grateful I found her.
