The pharmacy staff was rude on the phone, acted as if our business was an inconvenience. Also, pharmacist, Kathy, hung up while I was mid-sentence. Will advise future patients to use surrounding pharmacies.

The Pharmacy needs MORE clerks. When picking up a prescription, you have to WAIT, WAIT, WAIT in line WAYTOOLONG.

Rude employees. Take forever to fill simple prescriptions. 4 staff members and ONE register employee. Unacceptable. They even took phone calls and answered them before one person in line. Don’t go here.

It’s shocking how little help the pharmacists are at any of the Santa Fe locations. I was sold a defective pray bottle for allergy medication, which cost me $ 75. The spray top does not work. These geniuses told me that there’s nothing they could do except have me get another prescription, which would cost me another $ 75. Then I should call the manufacturer and maybe they would reimburse me. Really? How crazy does that sound — these jerks sell me a defective product and now I’m supposed to pay twice. Wow. The most disappointing part was how unwilling to help they were. Go elsewhere to get your prescriptions filled — I did. Thanks CVS. Walgreens in Santa Fe is worthless.

Pretty quiet during the daytime hours. One of the clerks behind the counter is super friendly. And you can get booze in the drug stores here. What a country! The store looks pretty new as well, so it’s all sparkling.

This is a fairly new store. It is clean and the staff friendly. Nice large parking lot.
