Linson’s equals disorganization and no-follow through to the extreme. I was promised a part last Fri, when I got to the store was told that the wrong part shipped but hey, no worries, the right part was being overnighted and an employee would stop by that same day or the next. And yes, they had my phone number. It’s now Tuesday and nothing so far. No calls, no stopping to check, nothing. I have left repeated calls — to no avail. It wouldn’t be so bad if the ordered item isn’t an intricate part of the repair of blinds — without which a house sale may fall through. Candace is the exception to the rule.

I would confirm what the previous review by Lisa L stated. Horrible customer service. Say they can do things they are not equipped to do nor do they have the expertise to do. Well meaning but insanely disorganised.

Unbelievably poor customer service. Beautiful fabrics. Literally non-stop aggravation. Terrible experience. Please look elsewhere. I wish I knew this, still fuming.
