This business has the worst customer service. My system needed a hardware upgrade (from 2G to 3G) to connect with the local cell tower. This is part of my contract, but they told me I had to pay. Even worse, months later, my unit had an error message saying it could not connect with the cell tower. When I called, they first said they were doing routine repairs. When the problem persisted for days, they said they needed to get a technician out, but they couldn’t get there for 10 days. I said, «so I basically don’t have any protection» and they said yes. Every time you call, expect a big wait time. My advice, stay far away from this company.
