I have ordered online twice here. Both times I have requested the bread toasted because otherwise I don’t like it. It hasn’t been done either time. It’s awesome to get to bypass the line but it sucks once I get back to work! The parking here is terrible. But even worse it trying to get out of the teeny tiny parking lot. I need to go back down Valley View and always have to go a block or 2 in the wrong direction and flip and illegal U-turn. I won’t be back even though it’s super close to my office.

All I can say is they have the worst possible service! They are extremely rude and have no sense of manners. Honestly it’s kinda sad but what can you expect really that’s why they work at subway because they know nothing about respecting customers. The put the food together very sloppy and overall it was a bad experience. The owner should really handle this matter of the service because they are only loosing business. Wouldn’t recommend it plain and simple

I have been here a more than a few times & each time the service is horrible! As soon as you walk in, the workers just stare you down and you can immediately tell they don’t want to work. Nothing but rudeness throughout the whole sandwich making process. I also stopped going here because their chicken is always cold even after they toast it in the oven. I used to work at a Subway years ago, and this shouldn’t be happening. They need to properly thaw out their meats.

The food is on par with every other Subway you have ever been to. Service is ok. The issue is with getting in and out of this place as well as parking. It is on a very busy corner so getting in and out of the drives is tough. It shares a small parking lot with a few other businesses so parking is limited.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. This Subway is a bit off the beaten track. I imagine they’re busy mostly during the week when employees from the surrounding offices and factories come over to buy lunch. First off the windows and doors were dirty. Counter where sandwiches are made was also dirty, condiments in trays looked disheveled, the food looked old. Attendant didn’t acknowledge me even though I was the only person in the store. I waited(which gave me enough time to check out the dirty counter) while she puttered under the counter. Lots of laughing going on in the back office. When I turned to leave the attendant still didn’t say a word. Guess I wasn’t her target audience. Anyway, I knew there was another Subway in the Malvern/Gilbert shopping center so I took my business there. And what a totally different experience.

The parking and trying to get into this place is a little tough, but great service and great people!

Made a catering order for my business event. Called the day before and even called the morning of, to remind them and confirm. The morning shift didn’t tell the afternoon shift so one of my employees had to wait there for 30 minutes while they scrambled to prepare the sandwiches. How could a large catering order just get lost like this. Totally inexcusable and I had 50 customers waiting for their food for our event. I got no apology or explanation other than that they forgot.
