I have called this company several times and even went on their website to request someone to call me back so that I can schedule a designer to help me with my bathroom remodel. After two weeks of trying, I finally had someone on the phone. He apologized that I was having a difficult time getting through and denies ever getting any of my messages. He then reassured me that a designer will be calling me soon to help me with my project. Well that was last week. Its been a week and no call back. I can’t believe how businesses like this can survive by providing poor customer service. What is more disappointing is that this company is associated with Costco that provides good customer service. I believe my next communication will be to get Costco to drop this Company.

I feel like I just got away with an amazing bathroom for a third of the price! I found KoreL via Costco, and WOW the prices are really unbeatable. they have high end glass tile from tine 1×1 cm on up. Beautiful glass and stone combinations, and the most amazing aggragates (terrazzo-​like stone and composite materials for floors or showers. But even the seemingly pedestrian brown concrete 12×24 tile that I got for the hall bathroom is so gorgeous (looks like rich Corinthian leather) I’m thinking «where else can I put this.» All this at prices half to 2/​3rds off retail! I kid you not.
But wait… send no money yet! Because you also get… Free design consultation with Patti! Who can take even the most basic of ideas and make it unique. Working with her I finally understood why a designer is necessary even if you know what you’re doing. She always listened, gently pointed us in the right direction, and let us make the choice. But when presented with such awesome options the only agony is «which one do you choose?!»
BTW: I live in Northern California and their price couldn’t be beat — and that’s with shipping!
