They came and sprayed our property for ants. A week later thae ants had returned, called them and they scheduled to cone back and spray again — no charge. Day before scheduled called to postpone due to an ill employee. Heather said she would call to re-​schedule, after a week of no call I called and left a message. 3 weeks and have never heard back. Will call someone else.

I used Jade for a while, but I was not happy with the service. I want to be pest free and billed properly, that is all that matters.
They put me on a monthly program, but still I always seemed to have ants around.
The worst part is that the monthly service was fluid, and they began coming every 5 – 6 weeks, but I am paying monthly. So it became 3 treatments every 4 months, but was paying 4 payments. The worst is when I was ahead they kept auto-​billing me, I complained and after next payment they never came back again.
They were more expensive than other services, the only reason I went with them is a co-​worker had recommended them. I never asked him for any other recommendations.
