Chef Stef was the best pastry school teacher ever! I loved her both inside and outside of class. Great techniques and advice from her!

Stephany Buswell made it so easy for us while planning our wedding. Have known her delicious desserts for so many years. We came with some design ideas and she made them come to life. We chose her Signature Cake with alternating layers of chocolate and hazelnut sponge filled with coffee crunch buttercream and a center of ganache. It was the ultimate wedding cake and I can still remember each amazing bite. Loved the coffee crunch. Highly recommended.

It was an honor to be taught by Chef Stephany Buswell. Besides learning what was taught in class, she occasionally used her own recipes to bake special treats for us, from scones to cakes. As she does wedding cakes, I will only review the cake here. Although the cake has been refrigerated overnight, the cake was so chocolaty and moist as if everything were baked the same day. The buttercream was so light and fluffy you would not feel bad just eating it. Of course I wanted a second, or even a third slice, but I opted out so that other could have the chance of tasting the amazing cake, which only had less than a quarter left after our tiny class devoured it.
Of course she didn’t make an entire wedding cake for our tiny class (but it would not be a bad idea since it was to die for), but from what she has taught in class and from pictures she showed, she is the person that every single bride (or groom) should consult with before placing the wedding cake order. Trust me, you will never go wrong with Chef Stephany Buswell, who had over 30 years of experience specializing in cakes and confections.

Cute little wedding/​cake shop with pretty little bunches of locally grown wildflowers for sale out front. Inside there is a counter where one can buy cupcakes and a consultation area where you can make all the necessary plans for the big day. Nice examples of their photography on the walls. Friendly staff.
