Definately not a VIP place. They need to learn english! Couldn’t communicate with them. pretty cheap looking place too.

The massage rooms are just booths so you can hear when people walk in or walk by. –1. I asked for less pressure and he didn’t understand so it was sort of painful –1. They do a deep massage but I’d like it to be more private. They also didn’t use enough oil so it was painful when they pulled on my limbs. The towels are also super rough so that didn’t feel nice on my skin… I think they have potential but they need to invest in better rooms and better oil and maybe learn English so when a customer has a request, they can perform. $ 49 for 60 mins table massage. credit cards accepted.

I have always had lower back problems. A visit to Santa Cruz VIP is the answer to loosening it up. This place is very customer friendly. The massuese took great care to focus on the area of tightness and pain. The vibe here is awesome! I highly recommend Santa Cruz VIP and much less than a chiropractor! Don’t waste your money elsewhere!

I have been going to Shen at VIP Massage in downtown Santa Cruz for several years. The facility is clean with a relaxing atmosphere and is conveniently located across from Kianti’s. This is not a pretentious overpriced Spa but high quality massage at a great value. The 15 minute chair massage is great for relieving neck tension if you are pinched for time and the 60 minute table massage an excellent treat after a stressful week.
