Offshore is Santa cruz’s go to local music store! Rick has been supporting Santa Cruz locals with their musical needs for 35 years! The customer service is so on point! I love this shop!!!

I have been doing business with Offshore Music for over 20 years. Rick and his staff are the nicest people. If he doesn’t hav eit he can get it. He has helped me through so many fads with my children. You know I want to play the bass, the banjo, the keyboard, DJ equiptment and on and on. Not to mention my husband and his music pedals, Fender bass ect… I would recommend everyone to go and see Rick he won’t treat you like you are stupid even when I was he never made me feel less than for not knowing things that seemed so simple. Thank you Rick for everything you have done for me and my family.

As a singing lessons teacher I would have normally given this review only three stars since they don’t have a music theory or sight singing book section, but the service was the best. Even though they didn’t have what I was looking for l, the owner assured me that he could order anything that I needed!

BTW, Offshore is moving to a convenient new location on Soquel across the street from Whole Foods in Santa Cruz. The address is 936 Soquel Ave near the Rio Theater. Go check it out!
