He fixed problem with my Rancilio grinder (non commercial) even though he only works on Rancilio commercial equipment. Very reasonable fees. Very friendly person. You could not find a nicer guy in business in this area. He also has wide variety of roasted coffee beans at great price.

Tremendous coffee at a tremendous price! Most varieties are about 10 dollars a pound, which is nothing for the good stuff. It’s all roasted within a week of your purchase, as it should be.
Beware, the
hours don’t match exactly with the hours Bob has posted in his store.

I found this place through Groupon, thinking I bought a deal for Java Junction, but when I went here I was very pleasantly surprised. They have amazing coffee, some roasted on site! Lots of organic and fair trade.
Simple shop, but its all about the coffee.

We love Java Bob’s coffee!
We have a restaurant/​coffee shop and we have been ordering Java Bob’s coffee since we opened.
Rich is awesome, friendly, and always helpful with any coffee/​equipment questions you have have.
Our favorite coffee flavor is Hawaiian Hazelnut! Definitely our best seller as well.
We also like Brazil Santos and Vanilla nut.
If you’re looking for a coffee supplier, or even just a good bag of
locally roasted coffee for home, this is the one!

it’s like an anti-​depressant for me. i wish i didn’t have to drive across town to, completely out of my way, to westside coffee to get it. but i do, and i will. but i hope other coffee shops catch on soon.
haven’t been to this actual store of theirs, but i will definitely check it out when i can. this review is just about how amazing their product is.

Wow, this place is SO rad. It’s now open to the public, which is awesome as well. My experience with the company is with the employee buying program.
We get fresh roasted coffee delivered every other week. Not realizing I was ordering on an off-​week, and already ordering past the deadline, I asked pretty-​please if they could get it on the truck to me that Friday. (No coffee makes Rebecca sad!)
Well, Rich got back to me saying that they weren’t headed to our employer that week but he saw my home address was in Santa Cruz so why didn’t he just drop it off? Um… YES!
Such great service. Organic coffee. Insanely good prices. This place is a gem.
