My wife & I have a handyman business in Santa Cruz county and I recently tried ABC roofing as I like to support the locals when I can. WOW, what a bunch of rude people. I thought used car sales people were bad. The sales man defiantly considered me a burden. When I went out to the yard to get my supplies, a man asked «What do you want» in the most short «I’ve got better things to do» tone. I asked a few questions and left without buying anything. The yard person was upset that I made him walk across the yard to help me and then did not buy anything. I have driven buy this place for years and now I know why the driveway never has a lot of cars in it. I went to Home Depot and bought my supplies. They were nice and had what I wanted for much less money. One thing nice about this bad economy is that it seems to be cleaning up these terrible businesses. I can’t imagine ABC Roofing lasting with that bad service.
