Simply said — William is an excellent music teacher for children!
I have 2 kids, a 7 year old boy and 5 year old girl, who are taking drum lessons from him. He is patient, fun and has an easy energy that the kids respond to. His style of teaching keeps them engaged.
Not only are my kids are in many activities year round, I also own an education business, and he is by far one of the best teachers /​coaches I have come across. We intend to stay with him for as long as he is teaching music. (Hopefully until my kids are in high school. Lol).

I took percussion lessons from William for all four years of high school and it was the best choice of my musical career. I came into marching band without any percussion experience and was last chair my freshman year, but with William’s help I was first chair percussion captain by my senior year. He not only teaches you how to play drums, he inspires you to want to play them. William gave me great lessons on marching drums, drum set, marimba, and various concert percussion. I would definitely recommend William to people of all ages and playing levels, whether a child or adult just starting, or a seasoned percussionist who wants to step up their game. I promise you won’t be disappointed!

William is awesome! He has so much patient and great with setting up schedules. I’ve been taking congas lessons from him for a few months and I enjoy he understands the process of what areas I need to work on techniques. He’s honest and very passionate of what he does! I absolutely recommend him if you have heart for percussion or any others drums around the world, he’s person to get contact with to gain understanding and skills within the instruments! :)

William Haddad is an amazing musician, and instructor. He is creative, energetic and passionate about his performance, and his students. He has a great attention to detail and is able to explain the importance of each musical piece, and how to get the best performance by building a strong foundation. He is also a great mentor, teaching my son life lessons about working hard, and putting the effort into each skill he acquires. Under William’s direction my son worked on a solo marimba piece for his sophomore high school competition. They worked tirelessly together, and it paid off because my son achieved Command Performance. My son is constantly looking forward to his next lesson. He cares about his students checking in on them and offering them opportunities to grow.

We are so lucky to have a teacher like William! My son is 6 and always looks forward to his weekly lessons, plus he enjoys practicing during the week. William is patient and passionate that shows through his teaching but best of all we love his schedule flexibility and customized lessons catered to each of his students. I highly recommend him!

William Haddad is an amazing in so many ways… We invited William to facilitate our drum circles after our yoga in the park for our Holistic mom’s group & he worked around our hectic mommy schedules patiently without any hesitation while leading us & teaching us with very inspiring & comfortable format. He is patient, accommodating, & versatile in his teaching style & his expert technique. His abilities range from expert professional to super free form & informal. I would HIGHLY recommend William as I know he is well sought after & has excelled in his field at a very rapid rate. On of the most talented musical instructors I have known!

My seventeen year old son has been studying with William for the past two and a half years focusing on marching band and concert band percussion and drum set/​jazz drum set. He has assisted my son in preparing for several auditions — boosting his confidence as a musician and helping him grow as a performer. William is a true professional — he’s the only music teacher I’ve known to provide weekly lesson reminder texts; he’s extremely flexible and always willing to reschedule or make up classes when my son has conflicts arise. He regularly communicates with me regarding my son’s progress and areas for improvement. In addition to being a first-​rate teacher, William is an accomplished musician and performer in numerous musical genre including world percussion, classical, jazz, marching band and experimental music. My family and I have had the pleasure of hearing William perform on several occasions and have been amazed by his ability and versatility. He is simply the best percussion instructor in the Santa Clarita Valley!

My oldest son has been taking drum lessons with William for the past 5 years. I honestly can say that he is as good as they get! William is a passionate teacher, great with children, very knowledgeable and committed. Personally I have seen him grow and mature into a wonderful a man and a great human being! Not just he is a great inspiration for my son as a drummer but he is also a great role model!!! He has a pretty flexible schedule that worked out with my own schedule. The lessons are catered to my son’s individual needs and it really helps him thrive! He takes i consideration my child’s upbringing and desires and also helps him discover the type of drummer that my child is designed to be! He is truly an inspiration and if you are looking for a drum teacher… HE IS IT!!!
