Starbucks

This Starbucks is probably the dirtiest I’ve ever seen so far.
It has heavy traffic all day long. As a result, trash cans, and random trash get filled or roam around the tables and outside area. Yet, knowing this (I hope the manager knows) they do not empty out the trash bins frequently, nor sweep up the floors or re set the outside tables. You’ll always find water, coffee stains on the floor. It’s always sticky and the bathroom smells so bad. I’ve seen the baristas wipe down the counters and then use the same towel to white down the steamer from the espresso machines.
I wish they would assign someone to be point person to maintain these common areas or at least make an effort to reset at least every hour or two hours. It’s a problem for me because I love Starbucks true fan and I know the brand does not fit this image. I’d expect this from a mom and pop place.
Also, coffee never tastes well here. Only if you get frapps which is the majority of what they sell.

Took my parents for a quick cup. They’ve been in Canyon Country for week, but when they walked in the lady at the counter said hi like they were old friends and commenced with whatever topical Decaf Mocha my parents are drinking these days is. Anyway, the parents got a kick out of it, despite the decaf… see what I did.

Great service as always. The food is always fresh and delicious. My favorite drink is the caramel frappacino and the staff goes above and beyond to make it just the way I want it every time.

Atmosphere is nice but service is not to great. Didn’t even get greeted. Lady just looked at me and said umm like hurry up n order. Also slow service

There were 3 people in front of me. I ordered promptly enough but the wait for my drink was 15 minutes and finally when I got my drink they had to remake it. There was only 1 person making all the drinks while the 2 other employees talked to each other and didn’t bother jumping in. Finally when my drink came they made it wrong and made it seem like my fault. I have been working with and ordering coffee for years. I would think that I could order 1 drink alright. I told him that if he was confused, why didn’t he just ask?

Seriously the chairs look like a dumpster dive! your clerks are nice but really those nasty chairs have been broken down for more than a year already! Makes you wonder what else is UN kept and broken down! wanted a pastry but looking at that crappy appearance i made a pass! all the money that rolls thru the door either get new or have none that is just pitiful!

Some companies perfect their products and deliver the best consistently. This is the company. There are other large key competitors, but I think Starbucks set the standard in the industry.
I’ve never had any problems with this location, service is great and my coffee is always prepared just the way I want it.

I used to go this location at least 3 times a week. So dissatisfied with his location. The last few times I have gone the cashiers are busy talking and joking around with one another before they actually greet you and collect your money. That would explain the slower than normal service. They have so many people working behind the counter you would think service would be up to par. Half the time they look lost or have no sense of urgency. Well be taking my business elsewhere.

BEST PLACE EVER! THE NIGGA HOOKED IT UP! We annoyed the worker cause we didnt have enough and the guy totally helped us out. HE IS MY NIQQQAA 4 LIFE! Ill drive 25 miles just to come to this specific Starbucks. SERIOUSLY.

It’s a Starbucks much like any other. I come here frequently on my way to work, and have always found the people nice and the coffee good.
You know how sometimes when you order Starbucks it’s real good, and other times it tastes like the crap you get at the bottom of the pot? It’s always good here.

If I were blindfolded, spun thrice, brought to this location and asked to describe my surroundings using smell alone, a coffeshop might be my 28^th answer. There was a time when an evening spent in Starbucks would leave your clothes and belongings smelling like coffee for another day or two.
This is not true anymore. You are even lucky if your coffee smells like coffee. It won’t taste like coffee either, no matter which way you order it.
