If I could give less than one star I would. I switched over to sprint from Verizon because the customer representative, Yendi, mislead my fiancé and I into believing that his bill would be less if we added my line and upgraded. This was a joke. It has been 3 months and not once has the bill been as quoted and promised. I’ve had to email and call every month to complain about the bill and still there has been no resolution. I’ve talked to the manager Akil, who said he would get back to me and of course he didn’t. This is the worst customer service that I have ever experienced and would have NEVER switched from Verizon had I known this is what I would have to deal with. Do not come to this store as they will lie and misrepresent to you and after they realize they messed up will ignore you and not resolve the situation. I’ve even Tom to the extent of filing complaint with the FCC and BBB in hopes of some resolution since there is no formal complaint center with sprint. All I know is sprint is the worst phone company ever.

We have been here twice and each time had a terrible experience. The sales associates are more interested in their commission than helping customers. Both times they were very sneaky and were refusing to give us what we needed. The last time we left the store and decided to call sprint to order an iPhone 6s. The sales person got us exactly what we needed and he only charged us $ 5 per month instead of $ 10. He reduced our monthly bill by $ 20 as well and did not charge us for shipping. Stay away from this store.

For some reason, I always have terrible customer service when I come into this store. It may be because I look very young, but by all means that does not mean I can’t afford $ 400 devices just like everybody else. Tonight, I walked in with my little sister because the doors were still unlocked and plenty of customers were still in there and in fact, a married couple had just walked in before us and held the door. As soon as we walked in simply to take a look at the new iPhone before purchasing it, an employee walked up and very rudely said«we’re closed»,(while the couple who walked in before us browsed around freely) as she proceeded to rudely escort us out of the door and held the door open as she again rudely repeated«yea we’re closed» to which I responded«that’s fine, but I know how to open a door» leaving her stunned. But unfortunately, I was the one left stunned. As an employee, she should have approached the situation a lot better by simply asking me to return tomorrow, clearly she thought I was just a dumb kid window shopping. Absolutely not, corporate will be hearing from me soon, because I am unsatisfied and will not be purchasing an iPhone from them.

Been a long time Sprint customer but never visited this new Corporate owned store. I usually took my business to the store in Valencia since the employees always treated me extraordinarily, especially the Manager, Brent. In a recent visit to that same location, I found out that Brent was no longer there and other personal changes happened as well. I found out Brent is handling this location now and couldn’t wait to go visit him. I had an issue with my Otterbox holster and he had a replacement in no time, no hassle. He and his staff are the best Sprint has. Worth the extra drive to get things done right the first time. Thank you Brent! Ron C

I have been waiting in this Sprint store long enough to compel me to create a Unilocal account solely to write this review. The store was understaffed and the wait time was unbearably long. We were in the store well after closing time and the reason for our visit only took about 15 minutes tops. Definitely going to a different Sprint store next time. Or switching my cell phone provider.

My sister and I needed new phones, desperately some would say… I’m glad we came to this Sprint store location. Upon entering we were immediately greeted by James. We helped us throughout the whole process of selecting our phones and how much they would cost. He was friendly, patient and super informative with all of the questions my sister threw at him. We ended up choosing the Samsung Galaxy S6. We also purchased the Zagg Invisible Shield for $ 40, I’d recommend getting it here. James applied the screen protector to my sister’s Samsung S6 perfectly. Douglas helped me with mine. I have to give Douglas props for having to deal with my pickiness. I had him redo it 3 times. He was patient and nice about it. thanks! The store itself was organized and most phone accessories were available for purchase.(Some out of stock). Overall, the employees are helpful, informative, and friendly. I’d be back for future phone inquiries.

Don’t expect too much and that’s exactly what you’ll get. After being sent to this location from one in LA with the promise that it had the iPhone that I needed, I was told that they didn’t and that no one had called. When I asked that someone from this location call the next closest location to see if that one had the iPhone, I was presented with a business card with a toll free number on it and told to call them with the inquiry. When I repeated that I just needed to have them call the closest location, I was told that they would not do that since it was not in their district. When I ask to speak to the manager about how bad the customer service was, I was informed that I had been speaking to the manager and He really didn’t care if I was unhappy with his service. If it was for the heavy termination fees, I’d change carriers.(And I’ve been with Sprint PCS since 1995)

I love this store, so much better than dealing with the customer service phone people! Went it today because my daughter locked her phone and we couldn’t access anything! Jeffrey helped us out, super friendly, quick and had her phone fixed in minutes. Definitely where I will shop for my new phones in six months!
